Summary: Staff were excellent in all areas. Room could’ve done with a more thorough clean, but it wasn’t that bad that I felt the need to complain. Great food and wine choice, free parking always a bonus but it is limited. Ideal location.

Summary: Business hotel clearly, not cosy, like one in a million hotel chain. The room is standard but had dirty carpets. I just stayed one night privatly as I had a visit to a Champagne house nearby. Would not stay here for a normal private visit to Reims. Restaurant area is also not specially cosy. Breakfast average.

Summary: Very spacious and clean rooms. Stylish decor, lovely shower and toiletries. The staff were wonderful and it’s in a quiet area of the city. Only one lift (out of 2), was working, which created a bit of waiting to get to and from the rooms

Summary: We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was spacious with great amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and it had good amenities. We got room service and the food was good. The coffee provided in the room was delicious and nice to have with some local pastries. Having on site secure underground parking was convenient. The only negative was the location is close to some construction but they didn’t work through the night, so it didn’t interrupt sleeping.
