Light an airy Colorado comfort! Mindfully embraces both clean, modern lines with a strong emphasis on pure form and function keeping family in mind. This home is spacious and lovely with generous seating and sleeping for multiple friends staying for a getaway to a family short term! It’s modern with beautiful finishes and extras. You’ll love the view of the mountains from almost every room with 20ft ceilings and luxury catwalk to the master suite. Open concept promises supreme comfort! Just 15 mins to Downtown Denver. Centrally located to everything Denver has to offer from the foothills of Boulder to Downtown Denver.
Other things to note:
The home is 3 floors. The garden level is an apartment that we split and rented while we lived in Denver, and it remains occupied. This space is completely separate from the main house which is two stories. There is no access between and entry/exit paths are private. ***Important, there are two thermostats with two furnaces and two AC’s. One thermostat in the living room the other in the owners suit. Each unit must either be on heat or cold so that they do not work against each other.

Summary: This is a very nice home, and Sonja is a super responsive host. We stayed here last summer as well and it was worth a return stay.

Summary: Our stay was great. Communication started off slow and cleaning crew showed up late so checking in was later but they made some exceptions and allowed us in the house and made it work. We really appreciated that. Once we got in everything was great! Will stay here again.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful and spacious home. Very clean. Perfect location. Great communication from the renter. Just bring a sleep mask for the master bedroom. It gets light in there early.

Summary: My family and I recently stayed in Denver to help our son relocate to Boulder. He was moving into an apartment and had warehouse space for his business in Denver. This was a fabulous location and the house was so nice. It was close to the I-25, close to get to Boulder and grocery store, food, etc just down the road. It was a busy, tiring week & the home was so relaxing to come home to. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of separate sitting areas and nice layout of the house. Sonja was so nice to work with. We had a question about arriving late, parking a U-Haul and there was a storm the last night and the power went out. She handled all questions in a kind, professional way. This is one of the best places, if not the BEST we have stayed in years of using VRBO.
