Summary: The property was quite dated. However, my check-in process made up for any shortcomings. Kristan (Kirsten?) was handling the front desk when I arrived. She was remarkably pleasant, efficient and helpful. I travel a fair amount and this was the best experience with check-in that I have had in several years. I numerous other similar situations, the staff does not express any personality or interest in the customer as a person. My experience at Denver Inn West was quite the opposite. Thank you.
