Positive: We liked the convenient location and ease of check-in and check-out. The facilities on site are wonderful, with a great pool on the top floor and solarium and parrilla available for outdoor eating. There are black out curtains in the bedroom and other shades around the flat. It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Negative: Make sure you bring some tea and coffee with you if arriving late, as there are no grocery stores nearby. There are however, many bars and restaurants in Caseros and Defensa, to get early breakfast or late drinks.

Positive: This apartment is perfectly situated in this relatively quiet part of the city: bars, restaurants, shops and bus stops all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, quiet (faces the middle of the building, so no traffic noise whatsoever) and secure, with a friendly concierge always on the front desk. We had a heatwave while we were there, but the air-conditioning is fast and efficient. The swimming pool on the roof is the icing on the cake.

Positive: The proximity to everywhere was one of the reasons I rented it but once I was there I actually love the whole building. Incredible BBQ area that fits 12 people. A very nice outdoor lounge area with outdoor furniture and many planters everywhere. Very cute pool with different areas for seating. The lobby is so inviting and comfortable but for me what was very important was being secure while traveling and this building have 24 houses security. If you don’t live at that address, you will not go pass security. When I had guest I had to give the name of my guest first and when they arrived they guys in security call me up to let me know. I truly loved this place and I will come back 100%. I recommend it for sure and as a matter of fact, I got the name of an agent in case in the future I have the opportunity to perhaps purchase one of this units. The owner of this place Nicolás, went above and beyond to unswear all my questions. I communicated with him a few times before my arrival and was there waiting for me to give me a tour of the place. I do recommend this place and I will give this info to my clients if they’re planing a trip to Argentina. Thank you Nicolás for being so attentive to our needs, I will see you on my next vacation. PS: I didn’t took pictures of the apartment itself but it’s exactly as the pictures used for the promotion, the only thing that’s diferente from the promo pictures is the chequered blue and white area rug, we had a beige and white instead but equally nice.
Negative: There’s nothing I dislike of this place on the 23 days I was there.
Summary: This was a perfect choice for me, it was AMAZING.
