Positive: We were incredibly impressed with these apartments in Kaş! Everything we could possibly need was available: a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, a microwave, and a huge refrigerator. The apartment was perfectly clean, with fresh towels, kitchenware, a spacious living room, and a large, very comfortable double bed. The host, Mr. Mentiv, was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The true gem of this place is the stunning view from the balcony — overlooking the sea and the beautiful Greek island of Kastellorizo. The peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view are simply unforgettable. If you’re reading this review and considering booking this place — go for it! I can say with confidence that you won’t regret it. Just one thing to keep in mind: to explore the amazing beaches and nearby attractions more easily, having a car is highly recommended.

Positive: It’s all about the view…the veranda was our favourite spot! The apartment for tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very friendly.
Negative: The bedroom was a bit hot…a fan would make a huge difference. The location is out of town so you need a car or scooter…the hills are a killer. The owner helped us organise a scooter which was awesome!
Summary: A wonderful place to chill out and enjoy views of the Mediterranean!

Positive: A great and quite place to stay with your friends or family. The view from the balcony is breathtaking with no other property between this apartment and the beautiful Mediterranean. Our apartment had two spacious rooms and a large living/TV room. The kitchen seemed to have all the necessary utensils that we needed for cooking at home. The hotels, restaurants, and the beaches are nearby, within a few minutes drive down from the apartment. You will need to use the shortcut, stabilized but quite narrow road to reach that area if you dont want to go through the busy downtown. You can enjoy your day by taking a boat tour to Demre/Kekova in the same area. There are many boat tour vendors available to choose. You will definitely need a car or some other transportation such as motorcycle, etc for a comfortable stay in this apartment. Right by the apartment there was a construction of a new small hotel going on during our stay. Overall, I strongly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay. Huseyin bey was a great host, guiding us at every step. I believe this property is one of the hidden gems of Kas in Antalya.

You pay some fortune and get everything of high quality - good place, fascinating view, nice apartment, friendly and open host. Recommend to visit this place, next time we will definitely choose it. Beach here is in approx. ~10 minutes walk, also reccomend to visit Kaputash beach in 20 km from this place.

Positive: Amazing apartment in Kas! Stunning view, cozy flat with everything you need for your stay! The host made us feel like home by giving us top tips for our stay and even giving us some of the tomatoes from his garden!! Another top thing which isn't mentioned here is that people who stay at Derya Beach Apartment have access to the Derya beach lido down in kas which is a SUPER plus! Thanks for everything and Arrivederci!
Negative: Maybe it was just our apartment but the air conditioning was not in the bedroom (only in the living room) and the windows do not have nets against mosquitos. For this reason we end up sleeping in the sofa bed in the kitchen (super super super comfortable though!)
