Positive: Location and room to spread out the family for sleeping
Negative: Main problem was snow had not been shoveled in driveway before it all became ice and trying to unload luggage and then having to walk from parking lot to building resulted in several falls. If we could have gotten into the driveway or garage it would have been much easier
Summary: Great time and would have been better if driveway and or garage was usable

Positive: Liked the location and the house, it was lovely. Well kept and clean and comfortable, close to the Mill District and the River trail.
Negative: Cost and fees added on after we selected our dates and booked. Added up to more than an extra day of staying there. Seems like more than most places and they recommend booking direct through them next time.
