Positive: The house and the garage are big. Bedrooms are large and comfortable.
Negative: We've faced 2 big and disappointing isseues. - When we have arrived and we were really so tired and we would have a warm shower but we noticed the towels had many human hair. So we have washed the towels. - In the night before going to bed , we've noticed that the bed sheets also full of human hair and we have washed them. - Washmachine and the drier they are very very outdated and very dirty.

Positive: We were up there for a soccer tournament and I liked the location to the fields.
Negative: The garage door opened the first day to get my car inside then that morning it wouldn’t open so we had to manually get my car out of the garage which then we couldn’t use the garage anymore. I reached out to let them know and no one ever came to fix it. Then the front door lock wouldn’t work either so i ended up being late to my daughter’s soccer game cuz the stupid door wouldn’t lock up. I then let them know that and they kept telling me the code was correct…that’s great and all but the door lock itself wasn’t working period! They then finally gave me the code to the lockbox to get the key out but even the key wouldn’t work…please get a better device on your front door! All entries turned into a nightmare with absolutely no help from the management team. I asked for a late check out to help us not be late again to my daughters next game but they quickly responded with a no. Just really disappointed on how this place handled everything.

Positive: We had a great time. House is good and has enough space for 3 couples or 2 families with kids. Instructions were easy to follow.
Negative: The house is advertised as 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. But in reality there are 2.5 bathrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor does not have a shower or tub.

Positive: The house was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space to sleep 8-10 people. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location. Only 45 minutes from Sedona and 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon! Very close to restaurants and shopping centers! It snowed while we were there which made our trip super special!
Negative: The internet stopped working on our third day there but other than that, it was wonderful.

Positive: Entered code and was in. On second evening code was changed to door and garage without notification to us. It was a cold evening
Negative: Tub and sink clogged. Blender was cracked, that made a mess. Toaster on counter timer didn’t work. Also burnt food and was on longer. It was hot! When needing assistance getting in door she helped. Assistance on garage not so much.
Summary: Hot tub and bedrooms were great.
