Positive: Loved the property, roomy and inviting.
Negative: We called about a wet downstairs carpet which we had to put covers on to walk on so as not to slip on the beautiful tiles floors.
Summary: All in all it was perfect. Quiet and peaceful with easy assecc to everything!

Positive: The location is in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. We traveled to Sedona, Page, Williams & Jerome from this location and felt it was a great central location for our needs.

Positive: The house greatly exceeded our expectations, with more than enough room and amenities to accommodate our family. The house was fabulously decorated, and had everything we needed for a stay away from home. It had appliances, fully stocked pantry, as well as games, dog toys, outdoor and indoor sitting and equipment, sledding and other accessories to make your stay memorable. Very comfortable accommodations with upstairs and downstairs suites to provide additional privacy where needed. Great hiking nearby in a picturesque neighborhood.
Negative: Originally had some issues with the Wifi, but the host was responsive and corrected quickly. Only thing we didn't like was that we could not stay longer and we will definitely be back soon.

Positive: The home was as described. The home is well appointed with everything we needed to cook and be together or apart. The home is such that the bedrooms felt separated and the living space was airy. The heating system is wonderfully fast (if you are there in the winter)! The home was overall quite clean, lights well labelled, and the kitchen was easy to move about in. Being a multi-story home with a separated downstairs unit (basically) meant plenty of room and privacy for everyone. It was quite spacious for us. The neighborhood was very peaceful for walking, and it was conveniently located for town and freeway - and only a few mins drive over to restaurants, groceries, etc. Overall, the home was quite clean and well-kept. Vacasa and the local Manager were overall quite helpful and responsive during the circumstances of us getting the door locks sorted (see below). The back patios were nice and one led down to the back yard. It is a quiet, calming setting.
Negative: Door entry system: The door entry could be smoother, though the local Manager got it sorted with us. Apart from the code needing to be reset, the door lock system itself we found a bit tricky at first. Overall a minor thing. Wifi/connectivity: The wifi was basically non-existent - VERY unstable throughout our stay, when it could be connected to at all, and none of our phone services had a very good reception in the home, so if you need to stay connected, this was a problem for us. Back yard: If you have a dog coming with sensitive paws, the back yard was made up of quite sharp rocks throughout, so it was not so comfortable for ours to walk around on. Maybe yours won't care.
