Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is everything you need. We had a large group that swam, played basketball, pickleball, everything. The grilling area is awesome and there are infinite spots to hang out on the property. Having access to the Ledges grill & 19th hole lounge was a lot of fun. 2 minute drive up the street. The golf course is also very good with solid views. Dan Dekker made everything so simple for us, and everything was exactly as advertised. Probably the nicest house I have ever stayed in. Thank you Ledges!!!

We spent the mornings at Zion National and the afternoons swimming and playing pickleball. All the features of the house were in great, working condition. Not something you can say about other rental properties. Overall, we were very impressed and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: The outside temps were ranged from 100 to 108F during our stay, but the A/C kept the unit a comfortable 74F day and night. The amenities were first class and new. The light pickleball courts were a favorite and the late evenings relaxing and conversing around the private pool was especially enjoyed. The cool inside playroom was well equipped with a shuffle board, pool table, video arcade and connect four, etc. The could have been more board games available. Overall it was better than advertised and a real treat for our family to enjoy each other for a few days. The red rocks scenery of the area and Snow's Canyon in particular were spectacular!
