House built in 2017 on a beach plot in the middle of beautiful Åkulla beech forests with its own jetty and wood-fired sauna. Private location, almost without neighbors. Nature on your doorstep and many excursion destinations and restaurants within 20 minutes drive.
The main building (90sqm) has 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. There are 9 beds in the main building and also a guest house. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen with open floor plan. Sliding door to large terrace with lake view.
Large lawn and own jetty. There is a boat, canoe and simple kayak. Life jackets are available to borrow.
Wifi and Cleaning included. Free charge for electric car, fixed cable type 2.
Check-in at 11:00 and Check-out at 16:00.
Electricity and heating are included in the price.
Duvets and pillows are included, bring your own sheets and towels.

Summary: We spent a fantastic week's holiday at this place. The views of the lake and the surrounding area are impressive. We enjoyed preparing the fish we caught ourselves from the lake and the mushrooms from the forest and enjoying them on the terrace. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to discover in the area, even with children. The communication with Martin was just perfect. A place and a house that we can highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Summary: Martin has a beautiful house. We loved the view of the lake, the garden, as well as the Sauna. Martin was very responsive and even made sure we could have an earlier check-in which we really appreciated. Also he had provided a great welcome guide to help us. I highly recommend renting this house through Martin.

Summary: Me and my Friends had a wonderful time Herr. Location is Great - sleeping rooms , kitchen, Sauna are All New and working perfectly. One Minor comment Should be allowed: one lavatory and Shower for the 5 of us was manageble- for More people ist may be difficult to have only one Toilette and shower in one room. Surroundings are Great- forrest, lake, Boats gibt enough ways to Spend the time. citties are Not far away and Even the Beach Can be reached within have an Hour. Martin was erdulden reachable and helped quick in case of questions. We would do it again.

Summary: The house is spacious, bright and has a lot of outside seating areas. It has the most spectacular view over the most stunning lake and comes with boats of all kinds. It is extremely well equipped and very modernly decorated. We could have not expected a better holiday house. Thanks a lot to the owners.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. All the facilities worked very well! At the end of our first day, the tap water smelled a little weird, but that might have been due to the constant strong west wind. We were looking for a calm place to get some rest and found exactly that and more!

Summary: We have had a wonderful time in the summerhouse. We enjoyed the magnificent view on the lake. The house is very complete with all the things needed in a summerhouse. The beds slept very well. There are several boats to use in the lake. Lots of nature around the house. Very nice to take a walk. When you drive a Volvo or like cars, you can visit the Volvo museum and Volvo factory (make a reservation in advance) in Göteborg Torslanda. We enjoyed this very much. We had a super holiday in a great house with a amazing view.

Summary: This house was the most perfect place to go on holiday. Our family - 4 adults and 4 kids (8 to 12 years old) stayed here for 1 week. The house is beautiful with the most spetacular view of the beautiful lake, When you sit on the terrasse it is like sitting on a ship looking at the water - beautifull. The house is very modern, simple and very nice to stay in. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with all you need. The best thing is the wodden bridge to the lake where you can swim, sail in canoo or in the little boat. We spent the whole day by the lake. My family and I will give Martin and his place the best recommendations.
