Summary: The owner, Tim, met us at the property. He was very helpful at describing the amenities and the local area. The property itself was great. The wrap-around patio gave the bungalow more room than you may have had otherwise. The detached pool and Jacuzzi were only used by the other five units. We never felt crowded. All-in-all, it was a great rental.

Summary: This condo is perfect for a couple. My husband and I stayed for several weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. The condo is clean, cozy and well decorated. The kitchen has all the tools needed if you choose to cook your own meals. The bed is comfortable and there is ample closet space. The outdoor seating areas are exposed to both sun and shade. Downtown restaurants are within walking distance if you’d rather not drive. The hosts were very quick to respond to and resolve any issues we had. Overall, it was a great stay.

Summary: The hosts are great. Made the check in easy. It was exactly as it looked in the photos . Very Comfy bed. Loved the outdoor shower. Appliances are new. Well appointed . Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbours.

Summary: This condo was perfect in every way. The condo is completely furnished and up to date. The location is perfect to restaurants, coffee shops and great shops. It is very close to Ruth Hardy park which was perfect for walking each day! The property owner was very helpful and communicated with us immediately if we had any wuestions

Summary: The Property was exactly as described and a please to stay there. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The Condo was very modern and relaxing and comfortable. Was nice to sit out side and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Would certainly recommend it to others.

Summary: Just had 5 beautiful weeks in this unit. The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Unit- The condo is fully equipped with whatever you need. Kitchen - Had everything. We did cook many meals in and no items missing. Took a bit to figure out the oven, however all the manuals available. Lots of dishes, glasses etc. The overall living area is very well decorated and comfortable. Bedroom - The bedroom is a nice size. Bed extremely comfortable with nice linens. Enough closet and storage for clothes. Nice with the patio door entering the deck with 2 patio chairs and tables. Master Bathroom - Again a great size with lots of counter space, drawers and cupboards. The towels and facecloths were high end and extremely comfortable. We loved the wrap around deck with all the plants watching the flowers bloom.. Option for shade or sun. Speaker on the deck was perfect. Outside shower however never used it. Pool - Went to the pool quit a bit and were the only ones. Lots of chairs and 2 lounge chairs. So relaxing. Our only disappointment was the pool was soo cold, did not go in. However the hot tub did get a work out. The owners are totally fantastic. Anything that was needed was looked after right away.. I would highly recommend this unit and I look forward to returning next year.

Summary: I stayed in this unit for multiple months and had a very positive experience. Tim and Tommy are excellent hosts and very responsive to all your requests. The condo is right on the Indian Canyon drive - but it is very quiet and peaceful. I got a lot of work done. There are lots of nice touches all over the place - a built-in steamer in the kitchen, an outdoor shower (pamper your inner naturist!), Nest Learning Thermostat etc. Clean lines everywhere - giving it a bit of designer oomph. Finally, the place is bright, on account of the wraparound patio. Thank you Tim and Tommy for an excellent stay!

Summary: My husband and I stayed 6 weeks in this condo and loved it, in fact we already reserved time for next year. The unit it very well located only 2 blocks to Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. We walked easily to numerous restaurants and shops. Despite having a large medical facility 2 blocks down the street, this condo is also quiet. The kitchen is very well appointed, the patio outside is very comfortable and private and the condo is quite comfortable. We loved it.

Summary: I lived in unit#2 for approximately 3 months and can't recommed it enough. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and very well decorated. The location was perfect. Also Tim and Tommy, the owners, were very nice and always easy to get ahold of if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Summary: We stayed 3 months(Jan - March) in this delightful, pristine end condo/unit. The decor is restful and the floor plan flows easily from room to room. High ceilings give the unit a cool,bright,aspect. All appliances, TV's, units and counter tops are of a high standard, plenty towels and linens ; there is everything you need for a short or long stay. The wrap round patio has been "desert" landscaped - it is wonderful to sit out there when lit up on balmy evenings. You can have shade or sun whatever is your preference and yes there is an outside shower for those very hot days! There is also a communal jacuzzi and pool shared by the 6 units. This unit is in a perfect position; 3 mins walk east to the Ruth Hardy Park, 3mins walk west and you are on Palm Canyon Drive. The Buzz bus stop is across the road free Thurs -Sun for local area and there are Sunbus stops on Indian and Palm Canyon.There are 3 Grocery stores within a 5 min drive. Restaurants for all tastes, coffee houses a plenty and shops just a hop and step away. Tim and Tom (owners) couldn't do enough for us - perfect hosts. I throughly recommend this condo/unit you will not be disappointed. Lily from Scotland
