Summary: We had no complaints at all during our stay. The house was well appointed and situated in a great neighborhood, 12 South. Getting in and out of downtown was easy and there were plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: We chose this stay due to the area and reasonable rate. This CUTE little place has everything you need and we even extended our stay. Our only issue was parking a few times because of public roadside parking.

Summary: This cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Nashville. The location is great and walkable to quaint restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It’s a quick drive to Broadway and other area attractions. The place itself is well appointed with everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The owners are very friendly and responsive.

Summary: Everything was perfect for our weeklong getaway in September. The cottage offered everything we needed, and it really couldn't have been better. And, an extremely comfortable bed at the end of a long day of enjoying Nashville awaited us each night. Would highly recommend! Lisa & JJ Texas

Summary: Nice place! Very convenient for 12South, only a block off. Quick walk to Frothy Monkey and other well-known spots. The home was very clean and cozy and comfortable. Ideal for Belmont parents!

Summary: We loved our stay at this adorable little cottage. Great location for everything, the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint was i wish it had a dresser to put my clothes in, but we managed and i wiyld definitely stay here again.

Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The location is outstanding; easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and other attractions in the vibrant '12 South' area, and only about a 10 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The unit is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood which we found to be a nice 'balance' from the downtown Nashville experience. The unit is perfect for singles or 2 people, and the owner was very nice to deal with and very responsive to any request for assistance. We would definitely stay here again.
