Located at the center of scenic and historic Hillsboro Village but just two miles from downtown, this unit offers a small town atmosphere but easy access to the largest Nashville attractions.
Our unit features a spacious living space, outfitted with clean minimalist furnishings and homey accent pieces that create a modern but welcoming unit. The full kitchen appointed with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker mean that cooking for yourself is always an easy option. Eat or just hang out at the four seater high-top table. Enjoy downtime in the living room with its plush sectional sofa and flat screen Smart TV. Two private bedrooms complete with full en suite bathrooms provide everyone their own space to recuperate. Additional guests can snooze on the oversized couch in the living room which comfortably sleeps two and/or blow up the inflatable double bed - sheets and pillows are located in the unit to facilitate both of these sleeping solutions.
Hillsboro Village is a slice of southern charm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. Eat dinner like a local at the historic Brown’s Diner which has continuously served Nashvillians since 1927 when it opened as a mule drawn trolley car. Summary: I would’ve said the best thing about the property was it was clean, yes and no, by the 4th day, we had ants all over the kitchen floor and then the nt before we left we found a cockroach in the closet when we were packing, so that was unfortunate! The place was very non user friendly, I had to use my suitcase as a nightstand since there was only one in the bedroom, and our friends in the other bedroom had to use a cooler as a stand. There’s no end tables to set a drink or anything while you’re sitting in the living room. I get it, you’re on vacation the owners expect you to be out exploring Nashville, but we would’ve liked to just be able to relax in the apartment for a bit, but no! That brings me to my next issue….THE NOISE!!! I would NEVER rent a downstairs place again! The people above would start laundry around 7am everyday, and we could hear it all, and the walking and furniture moving around was over the top! And just as we thought it was over when we would think a group was gone, somebody else was around and we would hear more noise and that would go on until after 11 and midnight. The owners said they left us some snacks and drinks but all there was is 2 small bags of chips and 4 K cups, I appreciate the offer, but I kind of expected it would’ve been a little more then that, specially when they wanted me to rate them a 5 star review. I would’ve like to give 5 stars, but as cute as the place was, that’s all it has going for itself. Oh and location isn’t horrible.

Summary: This is our third time staying at this property, we love it!!! The Hillsboro area is wonderful, lots of shops and restaurants. The owner has always been helpful and gets back to us right away whenever we have questions.

Summary: Very convenient to Vanderbilt medical center if it wasn’t freezing definitely could have walked there and to get food. Place was clean and very well equipped with anything you need.

Summary: Molly was super to work with! The location was perfect and we felt very safe. The apartment was a perfect size for four adults. Being able to spread out and have enough seating was important to us and the large sectional offered this. We were close to everything and enjoyed an amazing dinner at Slice of Italy and breakfast at Ruby Sunshine which were both within walking distance along with plenty of shopping and speciality stores near by.

Summary: Great location. Condo was awesome fit for two couples. Very close to all activities we wanted to do. Loved the open area living space. Lots of room for chilling out after a football game! Restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and updated for today’s decor. Would definitely stay again!
