Summary: This was the perfect spot to stay for graduation weekend in Ann Arbor - easy access to all the action and a calm respite from the in-town crowds. The grounds and decor are beautiful. There were too many thoughtful details to list but we appreciated them all - especially our personalized welcome. The comfort and convenience provided the finishing touches to an already special week. I’m so glad we got to stay here.

Summary: After taking a red-eye to Detroit to be at Parent's Weekend on time, I never expected what waited for me ~ a warm, comforting & peaceful "refuge". The grounds are beautiful and the property is immaculate, cozy and offers all the comforts of home. Terrific linens/pillows, lighting, space, and tech! I hesitate to rave because I always hope to be able to book in the future; but the Hostess Margaret deserves the accolades! She is incredibly thoughtul and gracious, and I am grateful that I found her listing on VRBO. Merci toujours!

Summary: Margaret was such an amazing host! We visited the Ann Arbor area for our Anniversary and she was more than accommodating and hospitable. She was sure to check in with us to make sure we had what we needed, which we did bc everything was stocked and accessible. From the yogurt and water bottles, extra towels, pillows, blankets, comfy robes, toiletries to the bottle of champagne and cupcakes she had waiting for us, absolutely perfect for a couple that wants to stay on the outskirts of the city in a beautiful country side, and charming town. Ann Arbor was about a 15 minute drive, and Detroit about 45 minutes. We loved the area and hope to continue to stay here for our future visits! Thank you again, Margaret!

Summary: Lovely place with darling French country touches. Margaret had cut flowers from her garden sprinkled throughout the room. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. She was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying there again.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this quiet, comfortable, safe studio apartment. Everything is just as advertised, including the beautiful, peaceful view of the grassy hills and serene pond. For me, an 82-year-old woman travelling alone, feeling entirely safe is very important and I did indeed know that here I was very very safe as well as comfortable. I hope to stay here again next summer when I return for my annual visit to Ann Arbor.

Summary: Came to Saline for a 5 day conference and husband tagged along. From this location, he could easily find day outings to do in Ann Arbor and Detroit. This was a delightful place to stay...super cute and relaxing basement suite that overlooks a beautiful pond in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed including some nice extras like fresh flowers and little treats upon our arrival. Margaret made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. Beautiful setting, quiet, relaxing....we highly recommend it. A restaurant tip: if you like Cuban food, the drive to Frita Batidos in Ann Arbor is definitely worth it!!
