Beautiful detached villa with 2500m2 garden all around. Modern, with great attention to detail. The garden contains many trees and large plants which divides the lawn into sunny and shady areas. The terrace is furnished for having meals outside. Two parking spaces and very quiet throughout. The Poveromo area is a green and elegant area between Marina di Massa and Cinquale. The villas and parks around are well cared for. The sea is 1km from the sea and the beaches are sandy with bathing establishments or free beaches.
Villa Design is an independent villa with 2500m2 of garden, in the green area of Poveromo, recently renovated down to the smallest detail and furnished with stylish designer furniture. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden which offers a lot of privacy; the area of Poveromo is very quiet with many parks and gardens and is only one kilometer away from the best beaches in the area.
The villa belongs to a famous Dutch interior designer and some of the photos were taken from a magazine that dedicated an article to the house.
