Beautiful home. Quiet, private, one level living with no steps. Huge backyard with relaxing Hot Tub, Patios and Outdoor Dining area. Close to Parks, heated Community Pool, Prestigious Golf Courses, Shopping, Restaurants, Stadiums, Theatres, Amusements and Airport. Our peaceful community features 26 miles of biking/walking paths, basketball and tennis courts, football and soccer fields and a picnic area for large get-togethers. If you just want to kick back we have stocked lakes for catch and release fishing. It is genuinely the perfect Get-a-Way place to enjoy our wonderful warm and sunny Arizona Winters.
We offer high speed Wireless Internet with LaserJet Printer, Vivint Security System, R/O Filtered and softened whole house water filtration, 2 bicycles, tennis raquets, Gas BBQ Grill, 6 person Hot Tub, garage and off-street parking. Television in each bedroom. The 55" Flat Panel Smart TV in Family Room has Cable, and a Selection of Movies for the Blue-Ray DVD . The Master Bedroom 49" Flat Panel Smart TV has Antenna for Local Channels. All TV's have access to Netflix. New Stainless Steel Appliances in well appointed kitchen with granite countertops. The Master bedroom has a cozy reading area and direct access to backyard. Master bath has separate shower and soaking tub and is stocked with luuxury quality bed and bath linens, pool towels and hair dryer. We have provided games for fun and books for reading enjoyment and relaxation. Extra treat for you from our Friends at the soap bubble .net, in Illinois, is an assortment of delightfully fragrant and soothing bath soaps for you to select from!

Summary: We booked for 3 weeks with Sue and Larry in their beautiful AZ home. Upon walking in, we looked at eachother in disbelief! The pictures are good, but do not do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning! What was even more amazing was the items supplied in the house, the care and attention to small details. I would have to write an entire novel to explain how amazing things were. Every time we would wonder if they had something in the house, upon finding or seeing it, our often repeated quote became "of course they have it". LolThis place is so far above the normal for rentals it doesn't seem real. Larry and Sue are a "one of a kind" couple. Any little question was answered within minutes! Absolutely spectacular hosts. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Summary: Cannot say enough about this beautiful, clean home in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Sue & Larry have gone all out with beautiful decor and so many special touches to make this home such a pleasure to stay in. They provide an unbelievable amount of supplies for everything. The kitchen is so well stocked and you won't need to buy ANY spices! They even provide a very special welcome basket which we have never seen in any other home we have rented. Really appreciate the use of the garage for our rental car. They are so easy to communicate with and are very responsive to any questions. My only regret is we couldn't stay 2 weeks instead of just 1. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat; hopefully we can get in again! Best VRBO we have stayed in. Thank you for everything!

Summary: Sue was a wonderful host. She communicated well and provided a basket full of Arizona delights. The home is lovely—looks like a model home. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. There is even a KitchenAid mixer, all kinds of condiments, water, baking basics, etc.. The hot tub was clean and hot and ready to use. The backyard has several seating areas, a grill, etc.. So comfortable!

Summary: This was perhaps the cleanest VRBO property we've ever been to. It was spotless. The southwest decor was appropriate for Arizona and the backyard was private and comfortable. A nice touch was the bicycles in the garage we used to tour the master-planned community. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Summary: Run, don’t walk, to this property! It far exceeded our expectations. Nice, safe neighborhood. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and every amenity/tool/utensil/you name it is provided. There are many homey touches that take things to the next level. Beautiful spaces indoors and out, and roomy enough that the 3 of us could have our private spaces as well. The hosts were amazing, provided extremely detailed information about the property, check-in, and check out. They left extensive lists of retail and dining recommendations in the area, and did personal recon for requests. They were very reachable and approachable from booking to check out, so kind and helpful. We hope it works out that we will be able to stay there in the future. You will not go wrong with this property and the hosts. I just can’t say enough about it. We were in heaven!
