In the middle of the Kitzbühler Alps is a detached Austrian chalet. Perfectly located on the Ki-West-Bahn valley run, 350 metres from the ski lift and 300 metres from the ski bus. Complete privacy, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers each, separate toilets on each floor, annex with bath (shower) and toilet. Bedrooms on 1st floor, 4-person room with private entrance. Beautiful garden with open views completes the whole
This chalet is a true dream for any winter sports lover! Being close to the Ki-West gondola (around 350 metres), you can easily reach Westendorf. From Westendorf, you have access to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas, Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental. The Pengelstein slope is about 2 kilometres from the chalet and is highly recommended. The ski lift to this area can be reached by ski bus 300 metres from the chalet. In the Kitzbühel ski resort
In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. Wonderful cycling and hiking tours through the green nature of the mountain world start from here. Fancy a game of golf? Then let off steam on the local golf course. To refresh yourself after a brisk walk, a visit to the Kneippanlage is highly recommended.

Summary: Tolles Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Bei der Inneneinrichtung sind die Bäder und die Schlafzimmer schön und gut. Im Wohnzimmer fallen die Stühle jedoch leider teilweise auseinander. Die Buchung war angenehm und unkompliziert. Seife und Reinigungsmittel sollte ausreichend vorhanden sind.

Summary: Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus mit guten Betten, einem schönen Aufenthaltsraum und tollem Billiardraum. Die Küche war für 8 Personen gerade groß genug. Toiletten und Duschgelegenheiten sauber und modern, ebenfalls gut ausreichend für eine Gruppengröße wie unsere. Mit 16 Personen, für die dieses Haus ausgeschrieben ist, könnten wir uns allerdings nicht vorstellen, dort Urlaub zu machen.

Summary: Sehr schönes Haus, geräumig und gut gelegen. Wir haben nur bequeme Stühle für draußen vermisst und die Reinigung hätte besser sein können. Ansonsten perfekt.

Summary: Ski in Ski out fantastisch. Für Anfänger gibt es einen Skiausstieg (zur Ki West Gondel und dann mit dem Skibus zu den anderen Liften), aber dann ein bisschen zu Fuß zurück nach Hause oder ein Taxi vor die Tür.

Summary: Leider wollte der Landwirt 3 Tage lang Gülle neben dem Haus ausbringen. Keine Injektionsmethode wie in den Niederlanden vorgeschrieben, sondern Sprühen. Außerdem ist es ein schönes Haus.
