Villa Blue-Pine (Gokcam in Turkish) is a luxury furnished, air-conditioned modern villa set across 3 floors within it’s own private garden and private pool. It was newly completed in 2010 and located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, local transport and corner shops are just 5 minutes walk and Calis beach/centre is a further 10 minutes walk away. There are 3 large bedrooms all with balconies and en-suites. The villa can sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. There is a downstairs cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine, iron etc. The living room is open plan with doors leading out onto the terrace area by the pool.
The villa has an excellent well equipped kitchen and the property is tastefully decorated and furnished. There is full air conditioning throughout, a well maintained private swimming pool, outside dining area, large patio, and a built in barbecue. The villa is ideally situated to explore the Turquoise coast.
The villa is surrounded by a walled garden growing palm, banana, citrus and olive trees, Mediterranean flora, a large lawn to front and back and bougainvillea growing in abundance.
At the front of the villa there is a gated drive and ample parking space for a car, additional parking is available directly outside the villa on the adjacent private road. To the rear the private garden and pool with circular steps into the pool from the spacious sun patio.
Dining alfresco, by the pool, is a must at any time (night or day) and the outside teak garden table can seat 6 easily with a large sun parasol giving adequate shade from the sun and heat. There are six cushioned sun loungers and two sun parasols providing ample space to unwind, relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather at its best.

Summary: this was our 2nd visit to Colin & Gaya’s lovely villa in Calis, & as expected it was as good as the 1st, the villa is ideally situated, close enough but not too close to the many bars & restaurants in Calis, the villa is well equipped, you want for nothing &beautifully air conditioned & the pool area is superb, i’m sure it won’t be our last visit Mark, Anne & Hope

Summary: “Had a wonderful stay at the Villa for 2 weeks 4 x Adults and 2 Children. The Villa is very modern, large and very well maintained it was home from home for my family with the plan being a lazy holiday! Colin was extra helpful in the lead up to the holiday and during our stay, he answered any questions we had promptly and sorted excellent transfers with Oludeniz Travel. The Maintenance man come every morning at 9am to clean the pool and maintain the gardens. Great limes on the trees for your afternoon G&T’s too which was a bonus. Plenty of very good value local restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes’ walk away. A great holiday in a fantastic area, we will return to the Villa for another holiday at some point for sure! Thanks to Colin and family for allowing us to use there Villa.”

Summary: The villa lived up to the great photos and our party were all very impressed. It certainly helped us all to have a wonderful holiday. All of the rooms are well furnished and equipped and the sense of space and airiness was lovely with 6 of us there. Colin and his team made everything very simple and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We will all be recommending the villa to friends and family and will hopefully be back in the future. Summary: We stayed at the villa as a family of five which included 2 adults and children 18, 16 and 7. The villa is absolutely perfect, a great size, modern, well equipped and the pool is wonderful. We all felt very safe in the villa which is very important to us. I hadn't realised that all bedrooms were on suite which was great for teenagers. The villa's air conditioning worked very well and so inside was lovely and cool. An added bonus - we went hunting around all the supermarkets for limes and couldn't get any only to realise when we got home there are lime trees in the villa! At first we felt the villa was a little out of the way with a 15-20 minute walk to the beach but you can catch the local bus service at the end of the road ( you just stick your hand out and they stop) which takes you right to the restaurants & beach - there are others on the way. Chalis Beach had a stunning sunset do with going to see. Colin and his team were extremely helpful and were available to answer any questions.

Summary: This was our second year staying at villa Gokcam and I'm sure it won't be the last .The villa is lovely with everything you could want, a very quite location and private garden and pool.
