This is a spacious house, sleeps 10 guests, with large backyard and 10 cars driveway, can be good for parking a boat or a big truck. The house is not only good for gatherings and parties but also for relaxation in small groups. Sparkling clean and has everything needed, very beautiful backyard, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen is equipped with everything, huge number of drawers, big modern fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dining place, relaxing corner with rocking chair.
There is central AC and Heating, new generation washer and dryer, additional towels and linen, throws and pillows, additinal chairs and an extra foldable chair.
The house has NO stairs, so everything is on the same floor.
The rules are:
NO SMOKING - you can smoke outside
NO PETS.
House is opened with a code, exterior of the house is monitored with security cameras and door bell camera.

Summary: Me and some friends came to stay only 1 night for a birthday celebration and it was amazing! The place is beautifully decorated and spacious. Anush was amazing and unlike some of the other hosts I have interacted with as he was super nice and accommodating. He was very quick to get back to any messages and definitely made our stay feel stress free We are definitely hoping to come back another time!

Summary: Clean one level rancher perfect for a family with young kids! Fully equipped kitchen and the owner left us coffee and Nespresso pods! Close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet residential area. We were very happy with our choice!

Summary: Beautiful property with plenty of space to visit. Well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking and serving. Not sure if I would sleep 10 adults but 6 comfortably and couches as well. Close to shopping, groceries and recreation areas. Host very responsive to inquiries and troubleshooting small issues. Would definitely book again! Thank you!

Summary: This cottage was super cozy with a nice atmosphere. I came here with a group of friends so it was nice to have a large driveway to park all of our cars. It’s near downtown Barrie so it was super easy to go out and explore the city.

Summary: Delightful house with lots of room and light, yet it's cozy and warm. The host makes check-in and check-out seamless, and the location is convenient. The house is on a main road but set back enough such that no traffic noise was evident. I want to come back in summer so I can enjoy the backyard patio.
