3 Bedroom Villa in Protaras

Villa Antheia is a beautiful detached, 3 double / twin bedroom villa, 8 minutes walk from the nearest beach and 5 minutes walk from local supermarkets and restaurants. Set in a private cul-de-sac the villa has quiet surroundings but easy access to amenities. The main Protaras strip is a 15-20 minute walk away (main resort with shops, restaurants, bars) and Fig Tree Bay. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away allowing easy access to explore further afield. The villa offers a private swimming pool with a sun terrace, plenty of sunbeds and free WIFI.
This area of Protaras is a favourite for visitors, as the Villa's location attracts a countryside outlook and is close enough to the beach and town to enjoy the best of both worlds.
The villa is spread over two levels and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
Ground Floor – suitable for older guests and those unable to climb stairs.

Fresh linen is provided and bath and beach towels are available for all.
Guests can access the private swimming pool and garden area through the sliding doors in the living room. There is another terrace to the side of the property with an outside eating area which is also accessed through another set of sliding doors. Villa Antheia has a BBQ, terrace and sunbeds for your use. The property offers free parking.
A cot is available free of charge and a highchair and other baby equipment is available to rent at a small fee.
Larnaca International Airport is located approximately 45 minutes drive away. The villa is approximately 1.5 miles from one of the must see beaches in Cyprus, Konnos beach. There are also watersports available on nearby beaches.

Summary: The villa is lovely, very clean and everything you need is provided. There are a couple of little shops at the end of the road but a welcome pack is provided which is a great help. Communication was excellent even when it came to recommendations of car rental always there to help if need be. The location is a 20 minute walk to the strip which isn’t a problem if you don’t mind a walk, this can be by the road side or cut through to the beach. Protaras is a beautiful place to visit and if you want to do a trip to famagusta we would highly recommend Mr John who you can find down the strip in the evenings.

Summary: Superb villa with a lovely host that has a nice welcome pack on arrival . Very clean and very quiet . A 20 minute direct walk into Protarus or a nicer 45 minute walk on the coast which we found excellent , even allowing short stops for the welcome swimming ! Overall I would definitely recommend Natalie and her Villa . One very minor point , on the walk home for the evening the road which leads to the villa doesn’t have any street lights so please take the torches which Natalie leaves in the villa . Overall superb

Summary: Lovely well equipped villa, but it could do with a little more updating, we know the owners have already started with this! Location for us was perfect as it had a close superb bus service, so good that we found no need to hire a car. We hired the villa for a month and feel a change of linen would have been beneficial! Not a show stopper, as we used the in house washing machine to refresh the linen ourselves. Would definitely think about staying there again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and airy with a lovely pool and seating areas. Communications with the owner were straightforward and, had we any questions, was accessible by phone. If any extra help was required then Wayne the pool man was close by. We did walk to Protaras Beach even though we had a car but we really only needed it for going to an from the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay in a quiet location with amazing weather.

Summary: Natalies place was perfect for up to 6 people. The house is perfect in size and rooms. Kitchen was well stocked (one more pan would be nice). The location just 20 min walk to Protaras main street and about 5 min walk to a very nice beach is great. Natalie is very easy to communicate with and instructions and tips for were to buy food etc was very good. Natalie even helped us with contacts for car rental. Now to the part that can be better. The house need some updating, maintenance, cleaning out the garden and pool area, throwing away old stuff that is broken there. Some more shade around the house would be nice. Small things that would make this house great. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, but hopefully with the above fixed.

Summary: Firstly the communication with the owner was excellent. Directions were perfect and the villa was pretty easy to find, even in the dark. The villa was lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped. Lovely welcome back of basics was a nice surprise when we arrived. And during our stay we never ran out of hot water. Once we found our way around we realised the villa is close to a couple of really nice sandy beaches. One of them was just opposite the bottom of the road. And like most beaches here it had sunbeds and toilets. If I had the tiniest little comment to make there were only 3 sunbeds for a villa that sleeps 6 and the bbq probably needs replacing. That said none of this stopped us really enjoying our stay and everything the villa offered.

Summary: We had a lovely week in the villa, it was very peaceful but still walkable to the bars and resturants. We used the bbq grill several times and everything we needed was provided. Pool was lovely and was cleaned throughout our stay, it is very deep at one end though. We would return to the villa again

Summary: We had a lovely holiday the villa was well equipped for all our needs. Natalie had provided a welcome pack which was a nice surprise. The villa catered for all our needs and the pool was a perfect size for us. The villa is a good 20-25 minute walk from the centre of Protaras however there is a bus stop at the end of the road and lots of taxis available. We enjoyed the beach at Green Bay which is just a 10 minute walk.

Summary: This is an extremely well equipped villa with a space very suited to our needs. 2 bathrooms and comfy beds suited us perfectly. Villa Antheia was exceptionally clean with great housekeeping while we there (pool cleaned regularly with a villa clean and change of linen after our first week - many thanks to the great housekeepers.) We also appreciated a lovely welcome pack, very welcome to tide us over when we arrived after midnight. Peaceful and quiet with a countryside outlook and partial sea views, yet near enough (around 20 mins stroll) to a great choice of beaches, tavernas, restaurants and shops should you wish. Personally we were more than happy after a day exploring the area to wander 3 minutes down the lane and eat at Ellinadikos, a great traditional Greek taverna. A useful supermarket, plus a bus stop (frequent and cheap) alongside. All very handy without the use of a car. We walked the nature trail from Konnos Bay, visited places via bus and enjoyed the picture postcard beach 5 minutes walk away - didn't wish for more so many thanks Natalie from the 3 of us for a fantastic fortnight of r&r in Cyprus. Needless to say we would recommend.
