Single storey villa with private pool, situated on an extensive plot of 1,200 meters. Comprising 1 bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, another bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, TV with cable/satellite channels, air conditioning , security alarm, safe, hall, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker with filter, electric kettle,dishwasher, washing machine, so you can travel with less luggage. There is parking on site, you can leave your vehicle and walk 16 minutes to Praia de Manuel Lourenรงo or easily take the quick 2-minute drive to several beaches. This villa is located on a private property, completely fenced, located in a very quiet area, where you can hear the birds singing. The villa is new and elegant, and is surrounded by pine trees which offers plenty of privacy. Ideal place for those looking to rest. There is also a fantastic outdoor area with barbecue (charcoal barbecue) for barbecue, and views of the countryside, where you can spend a relaxing afternoon, with family or friends, enjoy a drink in the garden by the pool of this villa. Spend a day at the nearby beach, or enjoy sailing, diving, boat trips to the caves, among other activities. Cleaning at the end of 1 week, with change of towels and sheets, and at the end of the stay. Entry to the villa is from 4 pm and departure is until 10 am.

Summary: We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for us, so peaceful but with both shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beaches and more shops and restaurants were a short drive away. The property is clean, comfortable and well-equipped and we particularly loved the pool and the outside area.

Summary: This property is in a stunning location, very peaceful, west facing spotless pool, loungers, barbecue, washing line, rugged immaculate landscaping. Itโ€™s perfect inside, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen. We feel however it is let down, slightly, by the already darned sheets that donโ€™t quite fit and some of the towels could have been newer. Maybe some bigger diner plates! That said we are very hopeful of staying there again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Summary: The house fits best for 2-4 Persons. For families who wants to cook at home, you have to buy anything. Even salt and pepper are not there. But there are two excellent restaurants just 5 minutes walking distance away. We highly recommend both of them. If you prefer traditional portugese dishes, itโ€˜s just 10 minutes walking distance. Walking distance to the beach is 15 minutes. So everything is very close. The house itself is in a good condition. Everything works properly - just some minor things (toilet seat does not fit to the toilet, one bathroom window cannot be closed etc.). To go to the pool area you always have to use the entrance door or the slide door next to it an walk around the house - a little bit annoying. Nevertheless after few days we get used of it and we enjoyed our holiday.

Summary: Very clean and as described,a bit difficult to find as there is another villa nearby with same name which our transfer company kept going to,could do with a sign at top of Access lane ,but this is minor compared to the overall quality of the villa.would definitely recommend and hope to return next year

Summary: The property is in a nice, quiet spot and is well shielded on all sides to provide privacy, though thereโ€™s only farmland adjacent anyway. The villa itself is a good size with the option to open shutters and make it bright and airy - we didnโ€™t need use the air con. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Wi-Fi is via a 4G dongle and was more than adequate for emails, FaceTime and even IPTV. The pool is a good size, clean and was warmer than expected. We were very happy with our accommodation and with the responsiveness of the hosts. Thank you.

Summary: We have spent a week here and loved it. Close to shops, restaurants and a 15-20 min walk to the beach but feels like you are in a rural location. Pool and outside areas are fantastic. Really recommend this property.

Summary: Clean overall, no hand soap on wash basin and only german and portugese channels on tv. Ant invasion in one of the bathrooms!! No insect spray either. Good selection of cutlery, plates , mugs, and kitchen utensils . Lack of wine glasses.. No exit from house to pool, had to go round from the front of the house to the pool. Nice peaceful area, good place to relax and enjoy a good bottle of wine.
