The villa was built in May 2005 and is one of 7 identical villas built on the plot and are all privately owned and furnished to each individuals taste. As we will be using our villa on a regular basis we have furnished our property to the highest possible standards with all the mod cons you would expect to find at home and more. Our villa is directly poolside and has English and foreign satellite TV, we also have a DVD player that plays CD’s. The lounge and dining area and all bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units and the lounge can be adjusted to heat the property as well. We have a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster as well as much more which should add to your comfort. Our villa is a triplex (3 floors) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a further toilette on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and are en-suite.

Summary: We had a very wonderful time in Claire’s rental which was very spacious and well located. We enjoyed the nice town of torba which is much less busy than Bodrum and the beautiful terrace to have meals. Thanks again!

Summary: The house is lovely. The property manager is very helpful and even before we arrived Claire sent me suggestions about where to eat and things to do. Friendliness is key to a great experience and our experience was top notch.

Summary: Stayed 8 nights and everything went without a hitch. Property is located about 1km from the main restaurant area but there is a shop for all the essentials next door. Pool was wonderful and clean. Neighbours were also very friendly. Claire was very helpful before and during the stay answering any queries we had. Would recommend

Summary: We spent an amazing holiday. Claire was on the top of everything during our booking and check in process. She informed us about everything we might need before we arrived and help us with the all the details that we needed. Omar, who was taking care of the complex was helped us with our needs during our stay. We were 8 people and 2 toddlers and there was enough space for everyone. You can still have privacy and gather for big meals. The villa's layout was great to accommodate a big group. Everything was the same as it was described on the profile. It is 10 mins walk to the beach, you can walk to a small grocery store in 2 mins, max 15 mins to downtown, the shared pool is right in front of the villa that feels like a private pool, all rooms has AC and they are all working. If you are looking for a place for a bog family vacation or for a big group, it os a perfect spot. Thank you Claire being a wonderful host and for helping us to have an amazing holiday. Me and my family really enjoyed uor stay at your place. We are already thinking to come back.

Summary: We were visiting Torba for a wedding and needed somewhere quiet but spacious with a pool and this place was perfect. Good sized rooms, all with air-con, fabulous pool, lovely outside eating areas and everything we needed was there. The supermarket 100m from the bottom gate was great as was the Garden Resturant next to it. Clare is a great communicator and arranged our transfers and Omar sorted out taxis when we were there. A dolmus to Bodrum (about 10 mins away) was really easy and frequent. Very clean villa and comfy beds. Many thanks xx

Summary: I really loved the place and want to give it 5 stars but there are a few things that really need improvement before doing so. Internet was hugely important as my husband relies on it heavily for business, and the connection was extremely slow and cut off way too much or some days didn’t work at all. There is an amazing variety of channels for internet tv.. but barely works because it buffers every few seconds (there were only 2 times it worked properly). If I could make a suggestion to have a few more cleaning supplies to make it easier for guests to clean a bit better(I know people usually hire someone while on vacation, but would make it easier for guests to keep the place cleaner during stay if they choose to). The layout of the house is really great. We stayed with my in laws so it was great that there was privacy with upstairs and downstairs levels being separated by the living and dining space in the main floor. The pool is really nice, the patio overlooking the pool was our favourite place to be. Has a slight view of the sea, but is covered so keeps it cool and in the shade(all good things). Overall was a really nice place to stay. We really enjoyed it. Thanks!
