Positive: One of the beautiful resorts very well organized clean staff are very helpful .
Negative: Asking for an iron which supposed to be a part for the minimum requirement of the room the asked to pay 20euros per hour for it.

Positive: This is our second stay in this hotel and every time we are obsessed with everything from cleanliness to service. Affordable luxury hotel with such a great view and activities for kids. We had a great experience in Privee beach with Ceren Ozturk playing tarbuka. It was so much fun. We couldn’t even see any cons. Yet you guys better bring an iron with u since its not free to rent one. Other than that my kids didn’t want to leave such a peaceful and at the same time funny place. Special thanks to Yasemin in Turkish Hammam who helped me to have a good time in Spa :)

Positive: The hotel is amazing. Super comfortable rooms and outstanding food quality.
Negative: Personnel could be better trained. Very poor English which should be standard for a 5* hotel. Expresso macchiato is a small cofre with a bit of milk. How was that 90% of the times I just got a coffee without milk? Do not expect all people to speak English but just to understand a few words like water, ice, etc. At concierge they couldn’t speak English and we used google translate. By the way, English is not my mother tongue.
Summary: Ideal hotel for an enjoyable summer vacation.

Positive: I stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The food was very tasty and of high quality. Service was excellent during Eid, but unfortunately declined afterwards, likely due to a lack of staff and interns. The pool area, including the children's pool, was very nice. A lovely touch: ice cream was always available by the pool. The shuttle bus drivers were consistently friendly and helpful. On a positive note, the cocktails at the 24-hour bar were good
Negative: – Guest services were largely unhelpful and felt unnecessary, as they didn’t assist with any of our concerns. – The cleaners were quite unfriendly and rude, and the rooms were not cleaned properly – definitely not up to a 5-star standard, (bathroom was very smelly). – The rooms shown on Booking.com look beautiful and modern, but the ones we received on site were outdated and did not match the photos. – The beach was very uncomfortable, as it was full of large stones – walking barefoot was painful. – There was very little entertainment offered during our stay. – The reception staff were absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to support us with even basic requests. – In general, most of the staff were rather snooty and even cheeky, with the exception of the service staff and shuttle bus drivers, who were friendly and professional. – We filed a complaint, which was acknowledged by management. They apologized for the inappropriate behavior of some staff members.
