Positive: Location is great. The property grounds are well kept.

Negative: The rooms are old. The cleanliness of the rooms is not well maintained. Given the hotel receives many international visitors, the staff should be more fluent in English.

A special thanks to all the staff who patiently cleaned up after our 1-year-old boy—they were so friendly and accommodating, which made our stay much more relaxed and enjoyable. The food was delicious, offering a good variety, and the hotel facilities are truly exceptional, from the comfortable rooms to the well-maintained common areas.
