This house is very well located and meets all the requirements! A small urbanization, located 1 km from the city center of Catral, which will bring you everything you need, bakery, bank, communal pool, cafes and restaurants but also two supermarkets.
This beautiful house with all modern comforts, offers peace and quiet thanks to its location in the countryside, surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees. But also the modernity being located 15 minutes drive from the cities of Elche, 45 minutes from Alicante airport, about fifteen minutes from Torrevieja with excellent road links.
You can also cool off in the beautiful pool of the property or the sea by rolling 10-15 minutes to reach beautiful beaches of fine sand. The valencia region is characterized by a semi arid Mediterranean climate. Summers are hot and winters (minimum 10 ° C with sometimes days at 20 ° C and above) very short, until March.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and bed and bath linen are provided in the rental price.

Summary: Lovely villa, secure and quiet (some barely noticeable road noise). Well equipped, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous pool and plenty of seating, pool toys, etc available. Quite a few mosquitos in the evenings at this time of year (September). All in all a lovely property; would recommend.

Summary: My partner and I stayed 9 nights at Rudy and Valerie’s fantastic villa and we couldn’t have been happier. Communication with Rudy was quick and easy, as was communication with the lovely Mr Force who looks after the property. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever need. The place was spotless on our arrival and the excellent air conditioning was very welcome as temperatures topped 40 degrees during our stay. We were also grateful for the extremely fast broadband connection at the Villa. There is a vast outdoors area with seating, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen, and of course the wonderful pool which was attended to and cleaned twice during our stay. Although there was only the two of us, a family with children would be well accommodated, two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The location is quiet and traffic free, but only a few minutes from Catral which has a number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. And of course the coast is only about 30 minutes away by car. I cannot recommend both Rudy and his villa highly enough, it was a wonderful holiday and the whole reservation process along with check in and check out were seamless and trouble free. We cannot thank Rudy and Valerie enough for allowing us to stay for the dates we needed and we are already planning how soon we can return.

Summary: Used for 10 days this accomodation form Rudy and Valery The house was well equiped clean and very comfortable Pool was great and well maintained ... the communication with the agent in Spain very helpfull . Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed apart from the dishwasher which didn’t work too well. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the town and with easy access to the airport. Communication with Rudy was easy with very quick helpful responses. We would love to visit again.

Summary: Made for a great get away with my partner! The villa was in great condition with everything you needed for an enjoyable holiday. Very big for just two people and a family could easily enjoy everything the villa had to offer. Only a 15/20 minute walk from the main town where there is a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying in this villa. There was everything there that you could possibly need. It was very well maintained and sparkling clean Fabulous pool.area and lots of seating outside. A lovely quiet area but only a few minutes from the village of Catral which has everything you need. We will definitely book again, the best rental.we have ever had. Just one tiny tiny criticism being English it would have been nice if we could of had some English programmes on.tv for the occasional.evening we stayed in but it really was not that important. Thankyou Rudi and Valerie for sharing your beautiful villa. We will.recommend it to our friends.
