Positive: The great quality facilities, rooms are great, bathroom facilities, WiFi, DSTV channels, tea station on the room, microwave, comfy chair and a cool outdoor scenery. The BnB is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. I loved the efforts the owner made to make sure we’re comfortable and having the best possible experience.

Negative: The owner needs to invest more in training and development of employees to match the quality of the installed/operational facilities, this would take the BnB to a very high standard that it deserves.

Summary: I’m impressed with the great quality of all facilities in the spaces we experienced.
