Summary: The room itself was excellent. However, It was like Walmart to check in with maybe 10 check-in desks and only two reception people working Friday in the afternoon. The hotel is very difficult to navigate if you’re trying to get out to the street or to find coffee. The Illy coffee bar was closed the Friday, Saturday and Sunday we were there. But it was very interesting that the hotel was part of the GM renaissance center. And the proximity to the river was nice. Our room had an excellent view of the river and the city.

Summary: Great location to downtown. Average amenities, only one hotel restaurant and bar. No coffee maker in the room, so have to go 20 floors down to get a coffee. Room was comfortable and clean with impressive views of the river and skyline.
