Positive: There was off street parking and close to spirit of Tasmania

Negative: Entry was very cluttered. Mat on carpet was a trip hazard. We sat in the outdoor area but wasn’t very inviting or tidy. Was noisy from the other part of the house

Summary: Bathroom was good and bed comfortable. Would suggest removing some of the clutter from the entry and rug from main floor

Positive: Owners made a good attempt to welcome us. Nice walk along the foreshore. Close to everything.

Negative: Advertised a sea view, but there is not really one as there are no windows to speak of. We were thinking we would be able to look at sea sitting in our room. Also, kitchen area could do with an exhaust fan.
