2 Bedroom Condo in Dewey Beach

This charming, 2-bedroom ground floor condominium is located bayside of Coastal Hwy in the south side of Dewey Beach. The HOA maintains a clean, relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. From the condo you'll be able to walk to the beach in just ~4 minutes! The max occupancy of the unit is 6 persons at all times. Each of the 2 bedrooms features queen beds, large dressers and vanities, window blinds with blackout curtains, and plenty of mirrors. There is a comfortable 5" spring-mattress sleeper sofa in the living area inside the large L-shaped couch. The living area also features a flat screen TV with Roku Ultra streaming device + voice remote, free high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (GE brand), including a drip coffee maker (filters and coffee grounds provided to you). I've been a Premier Host with Vrbo for over 4 years now, and I am easily accessible and very responsive to my guests. My intentions are always to create charming environments with everything you may need for an enjoyable beach vacation (I just ask that you BYO sunscreen, and beach towels I do "upon request"). The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, and inclusive of all essentials. The beds will be made with clean bed linens, and folded on top you'll find clean shower towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. I also provide 6 beach chairs, beach accessories, and 2 Dewey Beach Street Parking Passes (you park for free) at no extra charge! The condo is located two buildings from Town Hall and the Police Station, in a safe environment, yet just steps to the beach, and beautiful bayside dining at The Lighthouse/The Rusty Rudder. Downtown Dewey Beach is super easy to walk to (5 blocks north), yet far enough away for peace & quiet. Downtown Dewey is home to the legendary live music venue The Bottle & Cork, The Starboard, and Woody's Bar & Grill (makers of the best crabcake on the east coast). Walk one block north and you can catch the Jolly Trolley into downtown Rehoboth for a day at the shops and boardwalk. I am an easy-going Host, and very reasonable...I just need to confirm potential guests understand this property is not a "party-house!".... so please review the House Rules: no parties/events, no excessive noise/loud music, and no smoking/vaping on the complex (including the shared outdoor common area). Please rinse off sandy feet using the hose to the left of the building, and please keep personal items inside the condo (as opposed to the hallway or outdoors). Hope you and your friends/family have an awesome time here in Dewey Beach!
***Please note - starting May 2025, the Town will be working on building a new Town Hall on the lot off Coastal Hwy behind our HOA property. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm (weather dependent). They do not work weekends or holidays. Depending on what type of work they are doing at the time, construction related sound/noise may be noticeable from within the condo. Whether or not this may impact the guest experience may depend on things like plans during daytime hours, noise sensitivities, families with napping infants, what time you wake up in the morning, etc. If you're usually awake at or before 8am, and plan to spend most of the daytime hours at the beach and/or enjoying the local restaurants, this could have very minimal impact to the quality of your stay. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding this!
***As of July 30th, with 3 months of feedback from my 2 fully booked condos in the building, I have not received any complaints related to the Town Hall project, nor has any guest mentioned any negative impact to their stay. Summary: Great location, condo was exactly as advertised, host was very available and accommodating. We have 3 kids 16, 22 and 28. We enjoyed walking to the beach during the day and walking to dinner at night at the great nearby restaurants. Of note, we went Labor Day weekend and the restaurants were way more busy than their usual busy, but there are lots of beautiful views and places to sit and relax while you wait for a table. Just go with a laid back mind. Of note for the condo- it seemed to have everything. I love that the beds came with sheets on and we did not have to make up our beds on vacation. I lived the little things, like shampoo dispenser in shower, hair dryer, coffee, beach umbrella, chairs! I can’t think of anything that we needed, that wasn’t already supplied- right down to wipes and first aide kits. The outdoor sitting area was nice and the neighbors who shared common space friendly. It’s quiet, but also in the mix of it all. We felt safe with Dewey PD nearby. I was concerned about parking- but we were able to park near the condo. I know I’ve said this once already- but host was super awesome! Made our stay worth it. If there was something to complain about- I don’t remember what it was- because of all the hospitality provided, I can’t think of anything negative to share.

Summary: Owner called the day before our check in. Answered the phone on day of arrival when I had a question about parking and responded to all my texts and approved both an early check in and a late check out. Free daily umbrella rental at beach. Let me keep the parking pass all day on day of check out so we could continue to park in permit spots. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beach just across the street. Dewey fireworks were just off the parking lot in the bay. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: Host had great communication, reaching out to us first. Were able to accommodate a late check out and helped us with parking permiwhen we arrived early to give us parking allowing us to enjoy the area while cleaners finished up. House and beach items provided were an awesome bonus and made packing much lighter. All main areas very clean, including shower, bedding, kitchen, kitchen items etc. Only place with some dirt was under the stored ottomans, which i suspect hadnt been used in awhile. Location was great, host was great! Would use again and recommend.

Summary: My sister and I came for a 50 th birthday party drove from Ohio. This place was perfect a perfect location to meet friends out to listen to music and eat at yummy places. Was a close walk to water but unfortunately we did not get beach weather. This condo was comfortable and cozy for down time!! Also the host Ben was great!
