Positive: Great location with lots of room for our 4 generations of family. Great views and linens nice and clean

Negative: Ensuite toilet didn’t work. We had to clean and top up pool. Couldn’t use grass areas as they were over grown which didn’t allow us to see a significant hole that one of the adults fell in and injured knee. No air con on fans in downstairs made for uncomfortable sleep. Kitchen not well equipped and had to wash utensils before use. Leaking gutter made verandah tiles super slippery. Dead bugs fell out of blinds in bedroom when rolled down. All glass windows, fencing and doors are filthy and step down from driveway to steps is super dangerous for little ones and aged. Outdoor furniture was dirty or broken. Could be an amazing property with a deep clean and maintenance.

Summary: Needs a full clean and maintenance for it to be an amazing stay worth the $650 per night currently being charged. Curren

Negative: It was not clean to standard I had to wash the couch covers myself because they were filthy, the pool was absolutely disgusting and unusable until it was adequately cleaned. The drain in the shower downstairs was blocked and filthy and needed to be cleaned and it was vile.

Summary: We had a great stay but were disappointed with the cleanliness considering how much we paid.
