This lakefront treasure is just steps from our private Greers Ferry shoreline; perfect for swimming or anchoring your boat. There is a paved pathway down to a lovely sitting area at the high-water line. Continuing down the path leads you to a few steps directly on to the beach. We provide 2 kayaks for your use. If you bring a ski or pontoon boat you have full use of our neighborhood boat launch ramp, just 1/4 mile away. Not limited to 10 guests, as we have 2 extra beds.
The main level of the house features an open floor plan that includes the living, kitchen, and dining areas. On the main level, you will also find the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room. The main level also has a half bath and access to the expansive outdoor deck. Heading downstairs, you will find a second living area with a ping-pong table, 2nd smart TV, 2nd refrigerator, a set of adult twin bunkbeds, and a new queen sleeper sofa. Also downstairs, there is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with a jack and Jill bathroom, and access to the two screened in porches. In each screened in porch, you will find bonus sleeping spaces. One has a twin daybed while the other has a futon that will fold into a full bed. You are not limited to 10 guests if you choose you are welcome to use these extra sleeping spaces. Great for big families!
