Positive: The staff were amazing!!! Fantastic facility they go above and beyond to accomodate and make you feel taken care of! Nothing is too much for them.

Negative: Dinner, the dinner only started at 19:30 i have 2 small kids and it was very late for them. The property did accomodate an early dinner(19:00) but alot of the options were not ready/available. The offering was amazing but would have been nice to change it up a bit rather than the same pasta sauce same curry etc for all meals.

There's a 2nd restaurant overlooking the beach that's open for pizza , lunch and dinner. The pools are always clean, There's security monitoring the beach Everything about our stay was amazing.

Positive: firstly, i have to commend the staff, they are the most helpful and friendliest workers i have come across. the resort is stunning, cocktails and drinks were amazing. the pool area is stunning. we booked a family superior room, the view from our room incredible, the room itself is big and spacious, and very clean. beds very very comfortable, resort is right on the beach, however its not the most beautiful beach on the island, lots of seaweed (which is not the fault of the resort) and the beach is very tidal, so you can only swim in the morning and afternoon. overall its a beautiful resort , but i would rate it 4 star resort

Negative: the food is very basic and not the best. they leave the food uncovered, so there is a lot of flies (which I get is normal for an island) but i feel like they can out in some measures in place to avoid the flies getting in the food.

Positive: Staff attitude and friendliness was excellent. Sea Front room location opening on beach great. Restaurant has two themed evenings, African on the beach, and BBQ beside the upper pool. These are excellent since they break up the repetition of eating 3 meals a day in the main buffet restaurant.

Negative: Hotel has a really good beachside restaurant as an alternative to the main buffet restaurant. However, the beach restaurant only offers burger and pizza type meals in the evening. It would be much better if they offered a limited 3 course menu since the beach setting is great and eating there more civilised compared with the buffet.

Positive: Like the property and there were two pools , staff were attentive There was extensive places to relax on beds. Plenty. The gym and classes provided and staff were very good. The entertainment put on every evening is good. The buffet is varied and staff waiting on are good. The contact by WhatsApp with reception a good system and reaction was v good.

Negative: We had the problem sorted but we weren’t warned the sockets in the room were all European except one British three pin plug. We had brought the appropriate adapters and at first were told they would send out for the adapters but we need to pay. In fact when we explained to the manager said as long as we returned the adapter they sent for we wouldn’t have to pay. The disappoint was the beachside restaurant while a beautiful location it had a very limited menu, no subtle back ground music when it was very quiet made it have no atmosphere. So in essence there was one restaurant. While the staff were attentive they couldn’t read if you didn’t want a full conversation with them. Jambo fine but one after another wanting to start a conversation that made us tired of them but they are friendly and pleasant and wishing to help. They were on the whole lovely young people.

Positive: We spent 12 nights during our Zanzibar trip. Beach villas for the first 4 nights then when we returned after other resorts and spent 8 nights in the family suite. Friendly/helpfull staff & management, beautiful clean hotel, wonderfull pools (esp lower shaded pool from afternoon sun. Big well equipped gym & great value for money spa. Food to cater for all diets. Rooms well cleaned daily & fresh towels & linen on request. Loved it & will deff be back.

Negative: Recommendation to get 10/10. - Comfierer pillows (thinner) & to supply a duvet.
