Positive: Very clean and friendly staff. Room was perfect for what I needed.

Negative: We had many small children staying with us and the front gate was often left open which sometimes felt unsafe.

Dream Village is truly a hidden paradise on Kiwengwa Beach — stunning, peaceful, and full of charm. After all my travels through Mombasa, Stone Town, and Nungwi, this was exactly the comfort and calm I needed. The rooms are kept to an exceptionally high standard, spotless and comfortable, and the staff ask every single day if I want them cleaned — such thoughtful service. The pool is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfect for cooling off under the Zanzibar sun. The area around the hotel is amazing, with sandbanks just meters away, ideal for peaceful morning walks along the beach. There are also lots of nearby shops and local food spots. Mashkaki is one of my favourites — and the local places offer the sweetest mangoes, bananas, and fruits you can find. Everything in #Kiwengwa feels authentic and full of life. What truly makes Dream Village special is the people. The staff greet you with warm Swahili welcomes like “Karibu sana!” (You are very welcome!) and “Habari za asubuhi!” (Good morning!), making the whole place feel super friendly from the moment you arrive. Positive: The place is really beautiful.. it's felt like home. All the staff were amazing. Aisha truly made me feel at home. The room was spotless every day!! The location is perfect for those seeking privacy and away from the tourists crowd but closer to main attractions. Kiwengwa Beach is in less than 10min walk. There are also few restaurants around to explore. To Be and flame were my favorites. I think Breakfast is pretty decent for what you are paying.

Negative: Slow Wifi was the only thing that I didn't like.

Positive: This hotel impressed us with a perfect spotless cleanliness, amazing friendly staff, a really well maintained tropical garden with a big pool, a really beautiful room and a very good breakfast in the morning. The perfect beach is a 5 minutes walk through the village. We really had nothing to worry or complain about. I'll happily come back.
