Positive: This property is what you saw on the pictures! The good thing when you walk in is that everything is very new, it was very clean and smell good ! The locations is awesome in a good place and surrounded by supermarkets, restorants and bakery so is easy living ! Transport in Valencia is very good and is just 5 min walk to the metro line leading to the airport ! No transfer needed !
Negative: I would add more kitchen utensils for people cooking in!
Summary: Good money return !

Positive: Apartment is beautiful and the host provided all the amenities, so it was pleasant. It was good to have a dedicated working place
Negative: Apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access from the street, it means that you can't open the window and it's pretty dark inside all the time. Bed smell from the toilet all the time ๐Ÿคข Host didn't share the wifi password in advance, so I had to contact him after check-in. He didn't respond until next morning, so we stayed without internet for almost a day, which is inconvenient.
Summary: Nice interior and amenities, but location of the apartment has some drawbacks

Positive: The apartment had plenty of space for us and everything we needed. It was very nice to have a washer since we travel light. The location has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The #32 bus is easy to catch to get close to the historic center or the other direction to the beach. The Arago metro stop is also very close by. Turia park was an easy walk as well.
Negative: It would be helpful to have the wifi code in the apartment instead of having to contact host.
Summary: Super apartment in a fun neighborhood with easy access to transportation.
