Positive: Our stay at Dimoro al Piano was wonderful. Liliana welcomed us to the unit and gave us helpful suggestions on dinner options and places to see. The room was super-nice and very new, with a beautiful bathroom, one of the nicest showers during our trip, and a tasteful interior that perfectly connected to the Matera landscape. A very comfortable unit in a perfect location!

Positive: Dimora al Piano is beautiful! The room and bathroom are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The patio is lovely and sits above the street and nearby restaurants. It is not noisy, but relaxing to be able to enjoy the neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Summary: I wish we could have stayed longer, we were sad to leave this lovely place!

Positive: ideally located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring while still allowing easy parking nearby. The design of the place is absolutely fabulous — super quiet, beautifully thought out, and with facilities that feel like a high-end five-star hotel. We really appreciated the little welcome drink and snacks in the fridge, as well as the shared kitchen area on the same level. Communication with Liliana was excellent, and thanks to Google Translate everything was very easy and smooth. She also gave us some fantastic recommendations for drinks and local spots — we especially recommend the bar next door : Area 8 ( if you like cinema) A truly stylish and comfortable place that we would definitely recommend.

Positive: Where do I begin? If I could give 12 stars my sister and I would. There are plenty of nice places to stay in Italy so what really makes a place unique is the hospitality and when your host goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. This is what makes Liliana, our hostess, exceptional. Not only did she pick us up from the bus stop to escort us to our room, but she returned to take us back when it was time to leave. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were fantastic restaurants surrounding the room and the Sassi was a 5 minute walk away. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much for everything Liliana.

Positive: The apartment was super central, everything was in an easy walking distance. The balcony was amazing, the host also provided coffee, a little prosecco and little biscuits. It was super lovely. I would come here again.
