Positive: I couldnt have imagined a more beautiful place to stay. The design of the whole place was breathtaking and personal. The rooms were beautifully clean, quiet, state-of-the-art, with old-world charms like a stone wall and a few perfectly curated vintage items. The pillows, bed, and bedding were luxurious. And the best for the last.. the staff was superb!! Kind, considerate, attentive. We loved our stay!!! We would definitely return and recommend anyone traveling through this area to also stay, it's wonderful.

Positive: Lovely modern hotel nestled among vineyards on the slopes of Etna. Spectacular views from the aperitivo space and a gorgeous spa area. Lovely and helpful sommelier and delicious wines and food. Fabulous breakfast.

Negative: We had a small and dark room with no view that opened directly onto a public courtyard so felt very overlooked. On arrival in the rain there is almost no signage and there were no staff around to help. We had to walk all over the hotel to find the check in and then to find someone to assist us. The carpark is basically a dirt patch down a very steep incline. Would be a problem for some cars.

Positive: Beautiful winery and B&B. Service was fantastic. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were great. Eggs cooked to order were great additions to the typical Italian breakfast, and don’t let the “Light Dinner” they advertise fool you- there was plenty of food, so come hungry. Peaceful and prime locations in North Etna wine and hiking country.

Negative: Hot tub was lukewarm. I wanna boil, especially after a long day of hiking, but I would still definitely stay here again and this was only a minor thing.

Positive: The accomodation was spacious and loved being in the big house part and sleeping with curtains open to see the view yet not be overlooked. The staff were so helpful and didn’t mind us sitting having lunch or a drink in the beautiful communal area. You never felt like you were in the way. The breakfast had an amazing choice and the dinners offered through the restaurant were fresh and tasty. 10% discount for wine tasting at Cottanera which is a 2 min walk from the accommodation.

Negative: Towel hanging area is limited in the large bathroom
