Positive: Location was good, nice and quiet. Building itself was fine and spacious. Hosts were very pleasant.
Negative: I think the property would benefit from having a few more amenities, ie a cooker or at least a stove top, I don’t think a microwave is sufficient for a stay of more than 2 days. Also a washing machine, a sweeping brush, a bin for recycling, and some cupboards or chest of drawers in the bedrooms! And a bit more shelf space in the bathroom. If these things were included I think it would entice people to stay longer.

Positive: Very nice and comfortable house. Plenty of space for multiple people. Really liked having a bathroom in each bedroom plus one downstairs.
Negative: The cars can be a little loud going by at night/in the morning if you keep the windows open for cool air

Positive: Lovely airy and comfortable cottage as part of the owners property. Great heating system and generally a lovely place to 'come home to' after a day out exploring. The log fire too was a lovely feature.
Negative: Occasionally the traffic could be heard in the evenings and the place will be truly excellent when one or two of the planned additions arrive.
Summary: We were warmly welcomed into this charming property and very well cared for by two lovely hosts.

Positive: Our stay at the Dingle Woodland Cottage was excellent. The cottage was bigger than I anticipated and had all the comforts of home. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and an easy ride into town. If you want an Irish welcome, you will surely get it from Maire and Pat. Thank you again for the fresh flowers , stocking the refrigerator with some essentials, and having the fire ready for us. Until next time, Ann and John.

Positive: Maire and Pat are simply the best hosts you could wish for. Maire welcomed us to the cottage on arrival day and showed us around. The cottage is spacious, very clean, open and with lovely interior. The beds were amazing we slept like babys. The fridge was stocked with some food for the first breakfast, the following days Maire even brought us some cake that she made (which was really really good). The drive to Dingle town was about 10 minutes, there's free parking at the harbour as of 6pm. Maire recommended a restaurant to us which we visited 3 times during our stay. We wouldn't recommend to walk to town as its on the street most of the way. The cottage is directly on the Slea Head Drive start and was a perfectly located for us to start the days and explore the Dingle area. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would 100% return and recommend it to friends&family. To Maire & Pat - thank you so much for everything, take good care and we hope to be able to stay with you again when we return to Dingle!! All the best to you, Rebecca and Isabell

Positive: Máire and her husband were incredible hosts to us. They welcomed us when we arrived and left the cottage. It was renovated not long ago (3 years, I reckon), and you can definitely tell. Plenty of cosiness between the common area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Windows in the common area downstairs being in a very nice amount of natural life whilst having options for privacy from the main road traffic. And you can't beat the location of this cottage. It's a very short drive into Dingle town, so you have access to the town without being in the chaos during peak season. And you've already a head start on the Dingle peninsula. We will definitely look this place up next time we're in Dingle!

Positive: The Woodland Cottage was a wonderful experience. Pat and Moira were gracious hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy for three days/nights, even stocking the fridge with light snacks and breakfast items. A fire and Netflix at night was a perfect end to our days.
Negative: It was a bit difficult not having electric receptacles near a mirror, but we found that common throughout Ireland.
Summary: We loved the location. Easy to get to town and quiet at night.
