Enter on the main floor featuring the living and dining areas, along with the kitchen, laundry room and a half bath. The living area has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and unobstructed view of the ocean. There is a wet bar with ice maker in the dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks for your family and friends. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master suite opens to the top floor oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This condo has a Reserved Covered Parking Space (north garage).
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Linens Included for all weekly rentals. This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.
