Flagler Beach House - Unit B (Downstairs): This private downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps 6. In addition to the tasteful beach decor, we supply most essential items to ensure you have a stress-free relaxing stay with minimal worry. We also provide an assortment of books, DVDs and games for both kids and adults.
Master Bedroom: Two queen beds with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, and a ceiling fan. The closet is stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. A sliding glass door with plantation shutters leads to a nice, covered patio area for reading or having a drink while watching the sun go down.
Spare Bedroom: Another queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. This closet is also stocked with hangers, a luggage rack, and spare pillows. Sliding doors and plantation shutters open up to a direct ocean view right from the bed!
Bathroom: Large modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. We supply bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and make-up wipes. **Please note that beach towels are one of the few things we do NOT provide so plan to bring your own**
Kitchen: Modern kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you could need, including both a Keurig machine and traditional coffee pot with filters supplied. High-quality stainless-steel pot/pans and cooking oil are also provided, as well as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels. There is also a modern kitchen table with 4 stools.
Living room: Large comfortable sofa, along with a recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cable television is included, along with hi-speed internet and a DVD player. Large sliding doors and plantation shutters open up to the private deck with unobstructed ocean views!
Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board.
Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private covered patio, with plenty of lounge chairs as well as a large dining table with chairs. You also have a large deck for sunbathing and plenty of grass to enjoy. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Summary: We enjoyed everything about our trip! The house has everything you need. We came with another family and they rented the top while we were in the bottom and it was so convenient. All the beach toys you can imagine and boogie boards. They really have thought of everything. Check-in was a breeze as the property manager sends you what you need and has great communication. We’ll definitely be returning!

Summary: Awesome location, private beach with no one else around you but your family. Literally the beach front. The concrete retaining wall was actually very nice and safe for our kids so they don't wander around near the water too closely. Sand is beautiful cinnamon color and all natural unlike some of the other FL beach with dumped white sand. Owner was nice enough to provide pretty much everything you need. Just bring food and your clothes. Very good communication with the management as well. 10min from major retail stores. 10min from waterfront park. We spend hours there catching crabs. The front porch and the view is just out of this world. We will be coming back for sure!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay - the home was clean and had everything needed for our family. The location was exceptional! The beach was private, quiet, and literally a few steps from the patio. Summary: This is my second time having a "girls' weekend" at the Flagler Beach House and it was another success! Amanda, the property manager, and Jeremy, the owner, are always super responsive and helpful! We'll be back again, hopefully sooner than later! :)

Summary: The house was absolutely amazing. Every piece of the house was perfect, and we spent many hours on the back deck enjoying the view. The house was so charming, and the owner/agency was so easy to deal with. There was nothing we didn’t love about our stay, and I can’t wait to get back!!

Summary: Great unit, nice and clean, right on the water. We spent half our stay just sitting out back and hanging out near the ocean. Not far from restaurants and shops, but not so close you get the extra traffic and noise, just right. Definitely would stay here again!

Summary: Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the Covered patio. Steps away from the beach. Clean and cozy for 6 people. Our favorite was the patio. We spent most of the day there. Of course the kids loved the beach. The neighbors dogs were a plus. Very friendly
