The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mission Bay in West Boca Raton. It's a residential area but very close to many shops and restaurants. (Publix, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Anzo, First Watch, Bonefish Grill, Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Panera Bread, LA Fitness, Pure Barre, Padrinos Cuban restaurant, IHOP, McDonalds, Regal Shadowood Movie Theater (and many more) are all in the in the intersection). Target is less than a 5 minute drive. Lots of lakes and shaded areas for a nice walk about the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the lakes. Close to Osprey Golf Course (no membership required) and South County Park.

15 minutes from Mizner Park
20 minutes from the beach in Boca
20 minutes from downtown Delray (the Ave)
30 minutes from Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale
Guests have access to the entire apartment and access to the community pool.
1025 sq foot two bedrooms, two bath apartment in West Boca Raton. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The wifi and cable (HBO included) is provided by Hotwire. There is a large walk-in closet. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second. We can add an extra rollaway bed at no additional charge (based on availability; just need to arrange for it to be set up prior to check-in). It is located on a quiet neighborhood on great intersection with lots of shops, restaurants, lakes, coffee shops, movie theater and la fitness (5 day passes are usually available online). Guests also have access to the community pool located in the center of the complex. It is a heated, salt-water pool. The apartment is in walking distance from Evert Tennis Academy, Boca Prep School and Bircat Shalom Synagogue. About a 10 minute drive to Town Center Mall and less than half an hour from the beautiful Boca beaches.
Although you could walk to many restaurants and shops on the intersection, we recommend renting a car or using Uber/Lyft to get around.
There is free parking in the complex. While there is direct parking in front of the unit, the spaces are not assigned. You have access to 1-2 parking spots per apartment.
Pets are allowed with a $200/pet fee. If you need any baby equipment (high chair, pack & play) please let us know and we can try to arrange those for you.
Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.

Summary: Lovely clean villa, light and roomy. All the amenities needed, great manager who is easy to communicate with via email and helpful Bota who helps with any issues during the stay. Having a washing machine and dryer was awesome as well.

Summary: I have been staying at Courtside villas when visiting my son. The villas are amazing, you feel like you are home. Beto is always available and helpful if anything is needed. Best place to stay.

Summary: This two bedroom was a perfect set up for my husband and I to work remotely for a month. And when we weren’t working, we swam in the pool or played tennis at the Chris Evert tennis center next door. Only negative was you are 25 minutes from downtown Boca or the beach. Customer service was excellent!

Summary: The place was clean and the apartment was in a good location for walking to local eateries and grocery. However, we had very disruptive neighbors who decided to throw a loud party until about 5:00 am, for which I had to call the police because I could not get in touch with the apartment manager. Keep in mind, we had two small children with us, who were upset and confused by all the noise. The excitement didn't stop there. The following evening, we were woken up at 4:00 am by our same neighbors (and the police knocking on our door) because they had a car accident in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The landlord/manager was apologetic and refunded us for one evening's stay, and assured us that this was not the norm for their normally quiet neighborhood. This may be true. HOWEVER, it is a RED FLAG that they allow people under 25 to rent their apartments. WORD OF ADVICE, check the age limits of future rentals. We sure learned our lesson; it was not fun living above 20-nothing-year-olds.
