Summary: We loved this rental SO much! It was sparkling clean and so well stocked. The kitchen had every dish we possibly could have needed. There was a supply closet full of beach toys, a cooler, wagon, snorkels and everything else for a beach day. The location cannot be beat - beautiful pools and just steps to the beach. We will be booking again.

Summary: we loved the location! We did the hike to Ka'ena Point, it was so worth it to see the Sea Bird field. Our only wish was that the lanai had a lounge chair to soak up that sun.

Summary: My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, organized, and had lots of amenities available for us to use throughout our stay, such as a cooler, beach chairs, and more. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and quick to get back to me with information about any questions I had. They were exceptionally accommodating. The condo was in a great spot with a beautiful view that overlooked the quiet pool.

Summary: Having a five star VRBO rental for the past 18 years myself, I am extra critical and can truly appreciate a well run, well kept, and well appointed property. This home has everything you need, was very well organized, nicely decorated, clean, and in a fantastic location. The homeowner was communicative and the information was accurate and easy to understand. The resort was in a good location, beautiful, well maintained, with an excellent fitness center, clean pools, and a friendly bar with live music. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful property with a great lanai. Wonderful views of the ocean and a large table for outdoor dining of up to eight. Modern kitchen with everything we could need. Would have been nice to have a step stool to reach higher items in cabinet above the microwave cabinet. Great beach amenities to spend time on the beach lagoon. Would stay here again. Thanks.

Summary: Overall, the location was perfect for a great stay. Pool view and large sliding door patio was great (allowing space to feel so open). Like every beach property location - keeping the sand out is impossible. A great stay for a family with kids. Lagoon is calm and great for snorkeling. Disney Hotel across the way gave us options for food & the ABC store is a 10 Min walk away with quick bites. The morning walks along the beachfronts were worth every penny.

Summary: We had an unforgettable stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, thanks to Matt and Brandy’s exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. They truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Originally, we planned to stay in Waikīkī for our family of five’s first trip to Hawaii. However, due to the ongoing hotel strikes, we decided to change our plans—and we’re so glad we did! This condo exceeded all our expectations. From the ocean views to the spacious and beautifully appointed interior, everything was perfect. The condo was fully equipped with entertainment options, plenty of space for our family, and thoughtful touches like snorkeling gear, which we used to explore the local lagoons. With our three boys growing older—and two of them getting married soon—this trip was especially meaningful. We spent nine incredible days creating lasting memories together. Thank you, Matt and Brandy, for making our stay so wonderful. We can’t recommend this condo highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!
