Summary: The 9 of us had an amazing time at this property!! We kayaked to the heat spring the first day, and floated to blue run of dunllon park the second. The ONLY thing we would have done differently is stay an extra day!!! Don’t hesitate on this property it’s a GEM!!

Summary: The property was exactly what we were hoping for, having tubed the wonderful Rainbow River for years. A perfect piece of 'Old Florida'. The house was very spacious and accommodating for our family of five and the location cannot be beat. We look forward to our return.

Summary: My husband and I have been going to Rainbow River for many years and we decided this would be a great place to take our kids...this property on the river was so much more than we imagined! The house itself was clean and spacious, and provided so many amenities. The backyard lead directly to the water which was just shallow enough for our kids to stand in. The renter was so nice and answered any questions we had, she was wonderful! This place was perfect and we plan on coming back.

Summary: Everything was wonderful! We loved the location, the roomy and comfortable accommodations, and the fact that everything we needed to enjoy the river was provided. The two-hour float to Swampy’s is the perfect amount of time for a tube run. And watching the otters from the bank every day playing was an added bonus too! I would highly recommend this VRBO home to anyone who wants to enjoy the Rainbow!

Summary: The location is amazing. The house is decent. All the toys you need for the river were available. Just that one thing everyone complains about. The actual neighbors walking back and forth in your backyard is not cool. We even had a little girl come over and just hang out and played in the yard. Felt weird.

Summary: We had 5 people stay and this is our second time staying here. Plenty of room and great on the water. We had such a good time we booked again for next year. We love tubing on rainbow river!! The house is always clean and has all the appliances we needed.

Summary: Delightful country home right on the banks of the stunning spring-fed Rainbow River. Perfect setting for family vacation enjoying swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, nature watching, night time fires. Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped residence with a wrap around porch to delight in the amazing river view. Scenes include playful otters and beautiful Florida birds. Peaceful and yet convenient to restaurants and food stores. Not to be missed.
