Positive: Location was great and was nice to have undercover parking.
Negative: The apartment had a funny smell, in need of a freshen up, cleaning wise. The sheets were old and very wrinkled as well as the towels old and hard. I had requested a few weeks beforehand for the sofa bed to be made up as my son and I were staying. This wasn't done and didn't appear to have a "sofa bed" only a hard lounge that could push the ottoman together to make some sort of hard bed (marks on the lounge) no milk in the fridge. I found this apartment was missing attention to detail, and the lighting was aweful, unlike the bright photos. Couldn't sleep due to footsteps, people walking around on the next level above me.
