Negative: Getting the information about the key location was sent the day we left. We did not know where the keys were, the E-mail could have been sent a few days earlier. The hose was easy to contact, and it did get sorted, just not perfect. This was the only downside, everything else was perfect. Great apartment. Thank You.

The owners provide everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee and milk, a variety of snacks, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.. Outstanding location with just a short walk to museums, dining, shopping and downtown. Easy check in and out. Perfect :-)

Positive: Beautiful apartment with an amazing view and in a great location close to the train station and all the attractions in South Brisbane. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, with excellent communication.
Negative: My only two complaints are that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking (I had back pain after a few days but it is probably completely fine for people who like a softer mattress), and the water pressure in the shower was very low (I think this is probably an Australian environmental regulation but it seems counter-productive to me because I need to be in the shower for much longer to wash the soap off properly).

Positive: The unit was beautiful, really clean and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The view was stunning, and we truly appreciated the generous selection of complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. The hosts were also very considerate and took our special requests regarding allergies into account. We also used the sauna and swimming pool, which were great too!
