2 Bedroom House in Fullerton

Entire 2 bdrm apartment suite. Private entrance. Bdrm 1 (queen bed), Bdrm 2- Beautifully & newly furnished. (Double bed). Large living room (queen sofa sleeper w/ comfortable bamboo mattress topper), dining area, bar seating & kitchenette. (3 electric burners. Just purchased full size stainless fridge/freezer , toaster, kettle, microwave, slow cooker, coffee maker). Guest suite is attached to my single story home by a locked & sealed barn style door/wall. You have a private entrance and parking in the large driveway. Great patio outside with outdoor lights, bbq, patio table with umbrella, and firepit. At the moment I’m building a 24’ covered pergola in the side yard, which will have a fireplace, seating, additional dining area and sculpted wall water feature. We share the yard. 10 min from Disney, Knots, Mid-evil Times. 5 min to Brea Mall, Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton with tons of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Walking distance to 7-11, shopping center w/ groceries and restaurants. 7 min drive to the train station for day trips. 30 min to Downtown LA, 45 min to Universal Studios and Hollywood. 1 hr to Beverly Hills, Melrose and the Grove w/ farmers market. 90 min to San Diego and Six Flags.

Summary: We were visiting Disneyland for 3 days and I booked our stay here. Great location in the Fullerton/Brea area. It was a short 14 min drive to Disneyland with zero traffic. The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and host was great and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. -mk

Summary: The owner of the house, she lives there in the house, and there’s no kitchen and not enough space for six people, and she puts it can stay 8 people, that’s the worst thing I seen and house or apartment I don’t know how to call that,, not recommended for people want to enjoy……

Summary: We greatly appreciated having a separate entrance to our rental property. Compared to a hotel room the two bedroom-one bath, living room and small kitchenette property was less expensive and afforded more room for our stay. The housing for the owner of the property was attached to our rental property, separated only by a "barn style" door at he end of a hallway. Throughout our stay we could hear very loud conversations between the owner and another person. This proved to be very distracting. There were lawn mowing sounds early in the morning(around 7 or 8 am) and sawing or cutting noises; as well as her pets in the back yard trying to enter our rental when we were leaving or returning. Our host did have several good amenities - like a coffee maker, a hot water heater with items to make tea, a small refrigerator, in addition to a separate refrigerator with soft drinks and snacks there; although we had to buy them if we wanted them. When we requested additional face towels the hostess responded to our request very quickly.

Summary: Easy checkin, clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Limited kitchen space, limited bath towels, no washer and dryer so longer stays may be a challenge.
