The space
Our home is perfect for families with children, couples or friends that want the full SoCal experience. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Living areas, 1 Dining Room, 1 additional dining table, and a full kitchen. There is a work station with an extra monitor, keyboard and printer with paper available in one of the bedrooms. The rooms get great natural light during the day and noise-level inside the rooms are very low.
Our home has been arranged to be family friendly and safe for infants & kids! The cabinets and outlets are child-proofed, the fireplaces have padding on edges, and there is a safety fence around the pool in the backyard. It comes equip with a high chair, pack and play, two full sized cribs, bassinet, toys, books, baby bath tub, and changing table. The house is located in a quiet residential area.
Outside:
Our backyard has a BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, two pool lounge chairs and a large pool with a security fence for your enjoyment.
Guests are welcome to use the entire place as their own. The home comes fully stocked with toiletries, towels, dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser, oven, etc. The home has central A/C and Heating, fast Wifis and smart TVS, a projector screen, washer/dryer, and more.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard with a pool. We will provide you with check-in instructions prior to your stay.

Other things to note:
Only the disclosed guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Some longer stay bookings (28+ days) will require a signed lease. Government ID is required to verify identity.
Our home is located in a quiet and close-knit neighborhood. To respect our neighbors, noise level must be kept to a respectable level at all times, and a noise ordinance is in effect starting at 9pm.

-Only disclosed guests are allowed on property at any time
-No shoes or jumping on furniture
-Please only eat/keep food in the designated dining areas
-No pets of any kind. No exceptions

Summary: The host of this property is available and responsive to requests. From the time the property was resevered, Christine responded personally and geunuinely. The house was great, kid friendly, including toys, and adult comfy, streaming on a projector screen. Plenty of room for little ones, swimming to napping, and space for adults, to do the same. Located in a safe, friendly neighborhood. I took our 3 and 4 year old grandsons trick or treating, with no concerns. Central access to many of the tourist activities, including Disney Resort and local beaches. We did realize by the end of our stay that the mattresses were too soft for our liking. But, that is a personal expectation, not a concern for the host. Again, the attention and sense of urgency Christine showed, was instrumental in the success of our vacation.

Summary: We enjoyed this home August 2021. Property is just as pictured. Home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of places to eat within a short drive. Disneyland was about a 20 minute drive from the house and very close to downtown Brea. Home owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our kids had lots of fun in the pool! Living rooms are spacious as well as the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Christine was an amazing host. Despite being under her age specifications, she was very understanding when I reached out to her. Christine made the whole experience simple from check in to checkout and was always quick to respond for my messages. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at Christine’s property for a ladies getaway. There was plenty of space and a huge pool to enjoy. It was a bit windy and cool for our stay but we were still able to enjoy the amenities. We hired a private cater and enjoyed brunch on the patio by the pool. Any issues during the stay were resolved and the host was great at communicating throughout the trip.
