Positive: They kept us updated prior to our booking, a week in advance and sent us all the information we needed to know, so we could have a fast and easy check-in . On the day of our booking they message us as soon as the place was ready and we were able to check-in early without having to pay extra for early check-ins. It is a very spacious place and was close to the Disney. Neighborhood seemed calm. They had good sized bedrooms.
Negative: I was expecting there to be better parking. Garage does not fit two cars like it says it does. You can park one car on the outside of Garage but would have to parallel park. Very small room to back up your cark in the parking lot especially when you have an SUV. One of the rooms had hair on the beds prior to being there. Bathrooms were not clean there were alot of dripping yellow stains on the wall. We were not well equipped if you have a big family or group expect not to have enough towls they only gave the bare minimum two in each bathroom when this place is supposed to hold ten guests. Looked everywhere to see if they had any extras but nothing. Master room is confusing, we got thown off, since you have to walk through a hallway to get to your bathroom. Only reason we realized it was a masterroom was because it was the only bedroom without a door, until you pass the bathroom. Also, the refrigerators light kept flickering every time we would open the door.

Positive: Location was excellent Very spacious, plenty of roon
Negative: - no restroom in master - floor was dirty. We had to wear socks to keep our feet from turning black - Door codes were a pain. We had to drop someone off at front door. Use code, go through house open sliding door, go out and use code to open garage side door to open the garage door to allow the van in. They did fix the garage door code to lift the door , but you still had to go in through the front door. - just thought it was not as nice for the price.
