Positive: The property is located a very short drive from the Queenstown CBD. The apartment was roomy (except for our bedroom - refer below), built over two levels, and very warm with wall-mounted air conditioning on the top floor living area, and floor heating vents on the ground floor. A great feature for a Queenstown apartment during winter! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts, and washing machine and a dishwasher. There was a hot tub located on the ground floor patio, accessible via a sliding door from the bedroom. The upstairs living room was spacious and warm, and the couches comfy. There is also a patio accessible via a sliding door which shows the amazing postcard view across to the mountains that surround Queenstown. The bathroom was small but functional, and plenty of shampoo/soap supplies were provided. A small attention to detail was the inside sensor night lighting. It was awesome for when walking around of a night without needing to turn lights on and off all the time. Great touch! I also need to give the team a huge shoutout for helping us get access to the apartment. Our flight ex-Christchurch was turned back and delayed by around 7 hours, (subsequently learned that this seems to be common when Air NZ use prop planes into Queenstown as our departing flight back to Christchurch was also cancelled due to and we were flown to Christchurch via Auckland!). We had difficulty with the door PIN pad and it eventually set-off an alarm. We contacted the team whilst on our way to a dinner booking, and they immediately attended the apartment and need to call the security firm to fix it, and then messaged us when it was all sorted. We can't thank you enough for resolving this, and for hanging around on a freezing cold night for us to return from our dinner booking. Thank you.
Negative: The rear bedroom was very small with barely enough room to walk on each side of the bed and I found myself tripping my big feet over the bedding that hangs over the sides of the bed. The wardrobe was a little small, and given there was no room to put a case on the floor anywhere, it was also stowed in the wardrobe which only had a hinged door. In short, the bedroom very tight. That said, the bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets/quilts were provided and it was cozy. We slept very well! The main bedroom with the patio was much roomier though.
Summary: Lovely, warm apartment within a short drive of the CBD.

Positive: Great location and stunning views. Clean and modern, yet cosy and homely. The hot tub was icing on the cake.
Negative: The only (very small) thing we missed was laundry powder. Everything else we needed was provided.

Positive: Close enough to town to walk with amazing scenery. Comfortable and warm with the underfloor heating. Hot tub was heaven although no views when sitting in it. Views from lounge and main bedroom are breathe taking. Bus to town was right near apartment.

Positive: Everything. It has the view of the lake and mountains. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre, which was really convenient. The house was clean and very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, like they had thought of everything in advance. We especially loved the jacuzzi.
Negative: We didn't have any major issues, just a small note for the property: the bathtub drainage was a bit slow. Everything else was great.

Positive: It is luxurious, and complete with everything that we need: kitchenware, kitchenette, heater, washing machine, dryer, literally everything. Bonus: they also provide a private outdoor bathtub๐Ÿ˜† And Alpine Meadows is also close to a Bus Station (Cameron Place) if you want to explore the town by bus, everything is accessible from the stay. The owner will guide you whenever you need help. Highly recommended! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
