Negative: outlook over laneway was claustrophobic - stacker car parking is only for the daredevils. No onsite personnel to help if there are issues. Complex and confusing check-in and access instructions.

Positive: Location was excellent, close to the best Fitzroy and Collingwood amenities, cafes and bars, yet set in a quiet side street locale.
Negative: We were awoken a couple of times in the early hours by drunken revellers, but in that area it’s to be expected I guess.
Summary: Modern, clean living apartment with charming city views.

Positive: Location to restaurants, bars and retail.
Negative: No winter blankets provided. One light summer blanket for two beds-do the math. This was an issue for people coming from warm climates. Yes there was an air conditioner however, we prefer blankets than waking with dry eyes and throat after aircon use overnight. The rooms require a deep clean especially the windows, window dressing, window sills and door sills. The apartment is sterile and unwelcoming. I understand this is because it is a rental so the owner choose not to create a warm inviting atmosphere.
Summary: I will not stay there again.

Positive: Stayed here many times and it will always be my port of call. Lots of great restaurants on Smith and Brunswick and easy access via trams to the CBD.

Positive: Great location and very comfortable. Virtual check-in made our last minute booking fairly easy. Very helpful phone customer service. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and although the bathroom was small the shower was fantastic.
Negative: Beware, the Bookings.com site states that there is a car park included but doesn't indicate that this is conditional on the size of your car. We hired a car and were upgraded to a large SUV (Isuzu MU-X). After booking the accommodation I was informed that the SUV was too large for their automated parking system which would have been good to know prior to booking and paying for our stay. Parking is difficult to find around the apartment and is short term so you need to keep moving the vehicle or pay for a car park that's further away.
Summary: Would visit again but only with a smaller car so can utilise apartment parking.
