Summary: This is ARCO so I wasnt expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The place looks worse on the outside, but inside is cozy, roomy and very comfortable.

Summary: Checking staff was very friendly and allowed for an early check in time. The outside of the property is well kept. The room was very dated. There were many indications that routine maintenance was not a high priority. Broken curtain rods, windows very dirty and obviously not cleaned in some time, window a/c unit had open air gaps between window frame and unit, mold in tub walls...I could be wrong but unless you have your own TV streaming service account, no TV that I could come up with for even local news either.

Summary: Katie was very sweet at the front desk. I did not ask for a quiet room and unfortunately got a room right on the edge of the road with lights shining in. My bad. The bed was comfortable. Would have loved some local news channels as well as cable news.

Summary: Very clean rooms (2). Park in front of your room. Yeah its a older motel, but its nice inside and out. We would stay there again

Summary: Bed collapses when you sit on the corner, sheets were stained, floor of shower looked dirty, one window cracked, guest were loud in the parking area.

Summary: Bare bones facility. Dated and could use new carpet and flooring. That said it provided us lodging in Arco where there are few options.

Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommending some places for dinner, and promptly mailing back to me the kindle I accidentally left there. The rooms are not fancy, but are very clean and quiet and came with microwave, fridge and coffeemaker; everything needed!
