Looking for a beautiful beach home on one of the top-rated beaches on the Gulf coast? Check out our exquisitely-decorated condo located in the heart of Clearwater Beach at Dockside Condominiums. We’re right on the bay and within 100 yards of the sugar sand beach, beachwalk, restaurants, shops, night life, and more. The views are spectacular and you will enjoy watching the boats, dolphins, and manatees from the dining room window and balcony. We provide a beach wagon so that you can easily transport items to/from the beach!
Our property includes all the conveniences of home -- plus some! It's perfect for one or two couples or a family, with a comfy sleeper sofa for occasional guests. The two bedroom suites each have a KING-size bed and are on opposite sides of the kitchen/dining room/living room, so perfect for privacy. One of the bedrooms also includes a twin bed. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers, flat-screen TVs, and night stands. One bathroom includes a tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower. There is also a hotel-style safe in the unit and you can set your own pass code.
The fully-functioning kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to make your own meals or enjoy take-out food from any of the several nearby restaurants. A full-size washer and dryer, large closets, a flat-screen TV with Roku streaming, a DVD player, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and free parking are all included. The swimming pool and sundeck overlook the bay and are shared with the Clearwater Beach Hotel next door. Our cleaning personnel follow all CDC cleaning and sanitation procedures.

Summary: We spent five nights over Christmas at Dock of the Bay. We enjoyed our stay. The property is ideally situated. It overlooks a dock and the bay, takes five minutes of walking to the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Traffic in Clearwater Beach during the holidays can be egregious. The condo building itself is just off the main road, so it is easy to get in and out and is quiet at night.The condo itself was recently renovated. It is equipped with everything we need. We traveled with the elderly and a small child. We particularly liked the layout of the property, with a set of "suites" (a bedroom and a bathroom) on both sides of the condo. So at night residents in either end do not disturb each other.Kit and Gary are great hosts! The communications were smooth and they replied to our requests and questions promptly. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Summary: We booked this lovely unit for two weeks starting September 23rd. Stayed one night and left because Helene was coming. Drove inland for 3 nights hoping to return but couldn’t due to Helene. Kit, the owner, graciously refunded all but one night and the service fee. VRBO refunded the taxes with exception of the one night. We hope to return when Clearwater Beach is able to accept tourists.
